i was here with my family and had the worst experience of my life, it was horrific. for a start the windows wouldn’t budge at all after using all of our strength which resulted in us over heating. After this me and my children were so excited to come to cool down and have a nice time in the communal pool, they were appalled at the pool as it had dirt all over the floor. After this my children were axhausted and went to watch some television, after turning on the tv we found a total of 2 english speaking channels. It ruined our once in a life time experience to lanzarote, and not only that, refused to give us a refund after all this torture. Over all i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU TO TORTURE YOURSELF !!.

STAY AWAY we had to leave early because of the cockroaches in the room and not a single plug socket in the bedrooms. Also the hob was left on from the cleaners leading to the place nearly burning down and in another room someone burnt their hand so this was not a mistake from us it’s a common issue. The beds were pushed together and the headboards were balanced on a single nail on the wall so easily kept falling off

Well, after reading some of the reviews, we really didn’t know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised at this complex. We booked a studio and on arrival it was clean, bright and modern. The bathroom was more of a wet room, but the shower was great. Nice little kitchen area with a microwave, hob and fridge, kettle and toaster, cutlery, crockery and pans. Good size wardrobe and plenty of plug sockets!. The studios are towards the back of the complex so it was pretty quiet and nobody really bothered us. I would say more of a place for families but only because of the two huge swimming pools. There were certainly a lot of children enjoying themselves. Reception staff were lovely and helpful on arrival and departure. Our only little niggle and it is just a personal preference is that we stayed for a week and our bedding wasn’t changed, but as I say that’s just personal preference from staying in previous properties. All in all a little bargain get away, perfect for what we needed it for which was just somewhere to sleep and shower.

Was at this complex in march and had an adapted room the only thing that was adapted was the bathroom Beds were like bricks the same with the sofa causing me back pain Cockroaches every morning and woke to being bite during the night Every day was a struggle to leave and enter the appartment as people had set their sun loungers right outside our entrance which was not good as i had a rollater to help me move Do not pay for tv remote as there is only 2 english channels If you r looking somewhere quite this is not the place for u Too many drunks and to noisy

This was our second time at this hotel and for a 2 star you really cant fault it. When we booked with EasyJet, though, we did specify where we wanted to be on the site and not ground floor. These requests were not put through to the hotel, so really wasn't their fault, but in the end the apartment we had was probably even better. Really quiet where we stayed, but we did not stop on the part closest to reception - I think if you wanted noise and food and drink and more things going on, this was the place to be but we preferred the quieter part. Maids came in 3 times on our weeks stay and apartment was always left clean and tidy. Beds comfy, safes available at a cost. Basic TV channels, but satellite for these quite often go down. All in all fab little find and will undoubtably be back.

We stayed here as a family of 4 in a promo (non refurbished) apartment over February half term. I was a bit worried before arriving due to some negative reviews but honestly, I couldn’t fault the place. A quick taxi ride from the airport and we arrived, were given all relevant info and checked in within a few minutes. Our first floor apartment was just past reception overlooking the main pool, although dated it was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed not so much but the kids didn’t complain. Balcony was an excellent size and got the sun pretty much all day, there was also a good sized clothes rack. Maids came most days and did a decent clean and changed towels when needed. Although no air con, we didn’t miss it, might not be the same in the summer. Sunbeds become available at 10am and are plentiful. We never struggled to get some and the pool area was kept immaculately clean. The onsite pool bar was good value and the food was cooked fresh and was tasty. Drinks were reasonably priced as well. There is also a shop across the road which is perfect to stock up on drinks and snacks etc. There is no kids club or entertainment but that didn’t bother us, was actually quite nice without it. The best thing for me about these apartments is the location, slap bang in the middle of the strip and old town, everything within walking distance. Although people talk about cardiac hill there are so many ways to avoid this and taxis are also very reasonable. All in all we had a great stay and have enquired about returning later in the year as we absolutely loved the resort.
