Wolong Riverside Manor

I was here with my husband for only one night. The only positive thing in this hotel was a beautiful area, you can enjoy the views here. Now for the negative part. If you're a foreigner - never stay in this hotel. People at the reception desk don't know how to register foreigners (registration process took us around 30 minutes), they took pictures of our passports + our 健康码 and 行程码 and asked us to do the covid tests. Alright, we did it, we showed them that we did it. Receptionist had my phone number and wechat. Later on in the evening we came back to our room and were having "rest". Then some people started continuously knocking the door and they were loudly asking to open it immediately. They didn't mention who are they. After some time my husband opened the door and found out these people were policemen. They asked him questions about where we came from and again took pictures of our passports (receptionists had already done it before and they had registered us so we had no idea why the policemen are here ). Receptionists never notified us about a police visit even though they had my wechat and my phone number. 😡 After policemen left and we were trying to calm down and to relax even a bit , someone from hotel staff started calling the landline in our hotel room. So it was stressful and irritating all in all. People don't know the meaning of the word "service". As for the room. The furniture and the room itself is ok, but bathroom and especially toilet looks dirty and pretty old, the pipe under the sink is leaking. In the evening and at night there was no hot water, it was only slightly warm. Bed sheet and duvet covered with holes and patches and there wasn't any soap in the bathroom. 2/10 👎

很差的一次體驗，衞生很差，設施老舊，衞生間異臭，空調打不熱半夜冷死，被子出奇的短小。下次打死也不會住了。

入門亭台樓閣，小橋流水，房屋棟棟相連，復古風格設計，兩旁鵝*鋪路，中間青石相間。既有田園風光又有悠然風情。山莊中間有大草坪，小舞台，石凳，鞦韆，梅花樁，冬日裏玫紅梅花艷開，顯的整個山莊生機盎然
