We loved our stay here so much we kept extending! Great room, great facilities, great staff. Plus we had a beautiful view out the window of sunset!

The location is a bit far from cool places, but there are cool local restaurants nearby the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is moldy and a old.

Overall it's a good stay. We are a family of five, 2 adults 3 children, we stayed in a family room with 2 queen beds. The beds are big enough for us and very comfortable. Cleanliness overall is satisfied & we were impressed with water purifier provided as well . There was a coffee/tea station for guests too where we can utilised anytime .

We are couple with 4+yr kid stayed for 3+days. It was very good place and value for money. Only negative is bit far away from Cenang beach which we needed to take cab.

We booked two rooms and we had two doors inside the rooms, so that was very convenient. The rooms are clean and the bed comfy, but they should wash better the towels as they smell like humidity. I like that they have free coffee and water and also some snacks and drinks that can be bought. They have free parking and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However they are renovating and the rooms still need some work to do. For example in one of the room the shower would turn on by itself continuously (even at 7am), and they were repainting the hall. I hope in the future, once finished renovating, they will improve this small issues with the rooms. I would recommend this hotel since it has a very good price/quality ratio.

Hotel was good & swimming pool and they had a coffee machine It was great, only thing I have noticed that bedsheets was slightly dirty or yellowish.

It was nightmare staying there. Starting 8am kids were so loud at the pool made me really uncomfortable. When I was booking I check the refrigerator is in the room but no refrigerator. You have to use one by reception, which is very inconvenience.

My 2nd times stay at this hotel. Still feel satisfied. The only weak point is no elevator.
