Poor customer service no friendly type. Parking hotel should provide to customers but have to pay own and its very expensive per day..

Hotel tv is not working, aircond very noisy. One light is not working . Complaint to the FO but no solution was given. Poor service.

location is good near the beach also there lot of shops and duty free markets near by

Smells of towel

Cenang View is situated along Cenang Road, and though it is at the rear of a very happening commercial artery, the surrounding is more reposeful. And not to mention parking is easier to find here. The room is spacious, and it is truly value for business travelers and tourists alike.

Its's a old hotel. Can see the water stain on the ceiling .Parking is not free although they have a big car park . On the day of check out, i approach the reception desk to ask for an late check out. They told me it's ok as long as i check out before 1pm. So when i check out at 1230pm they charge me Rm10 for the late check out.

Very dirty, the hook inside toilet got many fungal & rusty, toilet were flooded from drain and its really disgusting, before checking out the guest service were advice me to leave asap or they will charged my deposit because i request for 10 minutes time to went down to the check out counter but the staff insist to charged my deposit for late check out.

From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this hotel falls far below expectations. The staff at the reception seemed uninterested and barely willing to help. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Everything felt old and worn out. The pillows were yellowed, and to my shock, I found stains, which looked a lot like blood, on the towels more than once. When I reported this to the reception, they simply said, “The towels will be replaced tomorrow.” Ironically, the next day, I received more towels with stains on them! If you’re looking for an extremely budget-friendly stay and don’t care much about hygiene, the location is great. But if you value a clean and comfortable stay, steer clear of this hotel!
