The room was spacious and loacation nearby city centre. Suitable for those who loves to go shopping

I’ll go with my brother and I’ll book twin bed room so far so good but the one of the staff make me disappointed because around evening I’ll drop my room key somewhere then I’ll go to the reception and ask for new key and I mantion that I know for new key I need to pay penalty for losing key because behind the key they clearly mantion that I need to pay 20RM but the staff was asking for 50RM when I ask the staff he was saying that this is the cost of making key and you need to pay 30RM EXTRA because we also want make money I understand hotel is business and they all want to make money I don’t have any problem to pay 50RM also but my concern is they already mantion behind the key 20RM then why I’ll pay 50RM be careful if you are looking for peace of mind stay of your vacation think twice then only book this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious room and clean. Friendly staff and not busy. Prefect location with beautiful roof top pool. Good WiFi too. I would stay here again.

Rooftop view is awesome. Decent enough stay for a night but will not necessarily return again.

The location is very close to the jetty and takes around 5 minutes to reach from the jetty.. they also provide early check-in from 10 am with affordable prices at rm100. We had our breakfast for two days there, and the menus were so good. They had an infinity pool, and luckily, there was nobody at the pool during our time there. We had a very enjoyable moment. We had dinner at rooftop cafe with outstanding view, you could see MAHA Tower from there. MEE goreng mamak absolutely 💯.

Staff was not supportive, bathroom was not clean, lights were too dim in the room, the only good thing was the view. 1-2 options in breakfast for vegetarians.

We had the most terrible experience. 3.30 pm checked in until 6 pm, our room can not be settled due to several issues. We booked for the family room. In the first room we were allocated, the bed had running ants, and it kept coming even after brushing away. The mini fridge was not working. There was no hot water coming. The staff mentioned let the water run for 20 mins, which seemed extremely ridiculous. We requested for a change of room cos we thought the ants issue cannot be resolved instantly. The seconod family room had the same ants issue on the bed,the Internetfor the tv was not working, mini fridge not working, there were food crumbs around the room floor this I questioned whether the room had even been cleaned before. By now all of us were getting super impatient. We wanted to check in and go out for lunch and look around Kuah town. That is the only day we had before leaving for Airport the next day at 8.30 am. I had a feeling maybe family room are not so frequently occupied so I requested for 2 rooms connecting or beside each other. They allocated 2 Executive rooms beside which was proper . But that too, the mini fridge not working, n they brought replacement. We requested meal at their restaurant as compensation and we were given 1 pizza and 4 drinks. Almost 6.30pm we quickly explored and came back to shower and there was still no hot water in both rooms. Almost 10pm after complaining the maintenance guy says that out of 3 only 1 tank working. My children never showered that night and the next morning and we left for Singapore after checking out. If it was under repair they should have been transparent right from beginning and not make a fool out of us letting the water run and waiting for the water to be hot.My children was excited about the bathtub and had bought bath bombs to be used, but as the water was filling up it was not hot and water was yellowish. The staff Sally was apologetic she did try her best to accommodate. I WILL NEVER REVISIT AND RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I come here every month but this time I got a room with no hot shower. It seems that it is not working. To avoid the incovenience of changing room, so I did not complain. However, I hope the management fix it. Room 405. Other than time the location is superb, the room is so spacious.

The room bed is good and comfortable, but beside the room is dog house, quiet noisy.

Loved my experience so much. Their service was top notch, the pool was so beautiful 😍 the rooms are so big and spacious. The restaurant at the top has so many offers. It is quite far from the beach but the area is still good because it’s near the royal yacht club. Would recommend this place over and over again….

Wonderful hospitality started at the reception. I would like to commend a frontline staff En Latif who made my day by being so professional in his service. To my surprise, the room was so spacious and clean. Breakfast was good enough for the price paid. Located in town centre made it accessible to most duty free shopping. Grab service was easy. Would definitely recommend to my friends

We recently stayed here and found the rooms to be spacious and the breakfast decent. The location is also quite convenient. However, there are some downsides. Be prepared for extra charges on items like towels and blankets, which was a bit surprising. The cleanliness could definitely be better, and the hot water setup for the shower was complicated to use. There’s also no access to a swimming pool or gym, and the lobby can feel uncomfortable with no air conditioning. Overall, decent for a short stay, but a few things could be improved for comfort.

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Room is grand, comes with a bathtub , feels like 5 star with reasonable price. rooftop Swimming pool is awesome. Location near the kuah night market. And also not far from ferry terminal and dataran.

+ Nice, beautiful and spacious room + comfortable bed and pillows + nice view at rooftop, can see maha tower and sea + good breakfast + near to night market, food stall, dobi and shoplot + Nice bath tub - bad smell at toilet - swimming pool is a bit cloudy
