The guest house is motel style with single storey bungalows facing a gravel car park. It’s in Pantai Tengah which is quieter than neighbouring Cenang though you can walk there in about 25 minutes. We actually preferred Tengah to Cenang which is quite heavily developed- there are enough bars and restaurants in Tengah though a few seem to have closed during Covid. The rooms are a good size with patio, fridge and a/c. Everything was very clean and the family who own the business seem to take a pride in it. The young lady speaks good English and was very helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the wildlife. We saw a troop of spectacled langur monkeys and one evening two hornbills arrived and spent 5 minutes admiring their reflections in our window. The beach is less than 10 mins walk away across the road. We booked via Air B&B and paid around £20 per night which I felt was a fair price on Langkawi where accommodation is quite expensive. Recommended if you don’t want to be in the centre of Cenang but within easy reach of the beach, bars etc.
