Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? "The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be". Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were "hanging around" the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, "they" want to "run" an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

About you mentioned the price is out of line, here for you to explain in detail, Holiday Inn Express is a fast, business, type of a suitable for the business people , Hotel price is a combination of the city and the hotel brand to negotiate common definition, and the price is quite transparent. you absolutely enjoy the right to know and have the absolute choice. About you mentioned that many receptionists in reception counter , When you checked in ,there was Handover time. that is not hanging around,we hope you could understand ,about the backgound music,we have checked player ,there is no record of Christmas music,We would like to express our deep apologies ror the inconvenience! We have immediately shared your feedback with the hotel management team, and started self-inspection and rectification work. As an brand hotel, it is always our goal to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of every guest! Located close to the Beijing Spartan Race venue, it was convenient for us to stay here. We enjoyed a good breakfast before our race and relaxed in the lobby after the race. The check-in process took 45 minutes which was too long.

酒店位置優越，周圍很便利，有沃爾瑪，KTV，酒吧，24小時桌球廳，電影院，海底撈都在周圍，酒店服務熱情，尤其是daisy 房間衞生乾淨整潔，温馨寬敞，早餐很豐盛美味，房間價格也很實惠，性價比高，非常推薦，以後出遊都住這裏了
