Overall this place was wonderful. It is a small and intimate and the staff is super friendly. My one gripe is just that they don’t replace the towels as often as I would have liked. You mist plan ahead as well as they close quiet early and if you are a late nighter like us then there is practically no service during those times. My husband and I enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Great location by the beach too…

The lodge is in an excellent spot and very secure. Our room was smaller than we expected and had no view of the sea, however the furnishing and linen was excellent. The breakfast was good but service was quite slow,

Correspondence via email initially, including booking 2 Honeymoon rooms for a family of 4 was perfect. The actual views, location, the building etc is fantastic, could easily go back again. Small issues which aren't listed as features of the lodge but extras: Wanted to book a massage for the ladies, but the masseur wasn't available in the morning. No aircon, and it was well over 30'C. Fan helped a little, as did block-out curtains. Had to ask for a Fan for Room 4. Room 4 (2nd Floor) had more services on the room TV, like Netflix, Amazon, Youtube, DSTV etc. Room 1, (smaller Screen) only had DSTV. Saturday afternoon we couldn't get hold of staff for room waterice. Morning breakfast and coffee was nice, but limited. Overall, an 8 out 10.

We enjoyed the sea view from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to loadshedding and no backup power, we could not charge our cellphones and no lights available.

What an awesome venue to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary in the Honeymoon Suite. Charity was a Super Star & made us feel very welcomed.

Crystal Lagoon Lodge is a very beautiful property that is situated on the beachfront. We had a seaview room which was picturesque. We had a wonderful time away
