Secret Suites

Lovely stay couldn’t have been any better from the communication and instructions sent to the room itself, thank you guys! The area was also a nice quiet place. Complimentary Prosecco, comfy bed & parking was walking distance and nice cafe by the stay

My wife and I have stayed in both Suite 1 and Suite 2 at Secret Suites. Most recently, Suite 2. The rooms are decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard and the rooms scream luxury. In Suite 2 there is a massive jacuzzi bath that I could've soaked in for hours. There were clear and concise instructions on how to use the jacuzzi bath, which was very helpful. The fridge in the suite was stocked up with complimentary prosecco, beer, coke and water. There is also a coffee machine and a kettle for the morning brew with a selection of biscuits. The TV is a good size and has apps like Netflix and Prime all set up, ready to go. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, it was so comfy. We had the best night sleep. There is an outside seating area, which will be great when it comes to summer time, it was a bit nippy when we went, so didn't have chance to use this facility. Secret Suites is located in the centre of Lancaster, so there are plenty of pubs, cafe's and restaurants at a walking distance. There is the option for parking, but if private parking isn't available, there are plenty of local pay and display car parks that aren't too expensive. The owners were very welcoming and communication was superb. All updates sent to me via WhatsApp with key code, parking, etc all sent promptly. I'd highly recommend Secret Suite's and we can't wait to go back again.

Me and my wife had an amazing time at secret suites, entry was smooth and the room was absolutely perfect, the amenities were easy to use and it was lovely and clean. The room was even decorated for valentines and there was a box of chocolates waiting for us, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Really nice place loved every second amazing complimentary drinks and very clean would 100% go again everything was perfect and asked for a birthday decorations and they set it up free of charge with no questions asked really nice place thankyou.

Our stay was perfect—ideal for a relaxing weekend! While it's in the heart of the city centre, the property itself is very private. The room is modern and cosy, and the hot tub is amazing! The communication was great and self-check in and out very efficient. I can 100% recommend it.
