We feature off street parking in our climate controlled garage. Plenty of space for 2 vehicles.Enter into our large living room with custom built-in shelving, surround sound, and a smart TV. Our kitchen is made for those who love to cook - we have a XL thermador gas range and you’ll find all of the essentials there for your use. We offer a large dining table to enjoy a meal together. Off of the kitchen to the right is the powder room and to the left is a pantry with plenty of storage. Head up the extra wide stair case to the second level where you’ll find a bedroom featuring a queen bed and lots of closet space. Directly to the right of that bedroom is a full bath with a custom Spanish tile shower. Next to the bathroom is a full laundry room stocked with essentials. The last door on your left will take you into our master suite! You’ll have a private bathroom with an XL shower, a double vanity and a free standing soaker tub. This is not your typical Lancaster City home, we feature wide stair cases, tall ceilings, and tons of amenities! Please keep in mind this is a city home and while we do have outdoor spaces, we do not have a grass area.
