The Private Yard Is Accessed Via The Dining Room and Is A Direct Walk-Out With No Staircase Required Since It's Ground Level. The Acadian Rose Apartment Sits Above A 3 Car Garage That We Use For Storage But Will Not Be Used/Accessed By Us During Your Reservation. Exterior Camera Is Located At Apartment Door For Safety/Security Purposes. This Ring Camera Records Audio/Visual and Is Only Viewed In Extreme Circumstances.
