Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Southwest/Lakewood

The hotel is nice, and the people are good. "PRESUMABY" in a good neighborhood—WRONG. My truck got broken into overnight in the hotel parking lot. Of course, the hotel bears no responsibility. The front desk person told me it's been happening enough that they are "trying" to get security. AVOID.

An easy 4 stars Pleasant and efficient check-in. A better value Denver stay with it free car parking, etc. The hotel has been fully refurbed some 2 years ago and is now a modern and enjoyable place to stay. The room has the typical inefficient and noisy USA style in wall air con unit. Why are split air con systems not used here? A clean room on arrival. The usual gripes about not enough hooks, only 1 spot for a suitcase, a fridge that appears to only be made to come on for 2 hours, which then freezes the fridge contents, before 8 hrs later the contents are too warm. The room window though, could be made to open a few inches for some fresh air. The queen bed was comfortable though the 4 identical pillows are too soft. Why not provide 2 firm and 2 normal?? Free wi-fi only IF you register with Marriott = an old fashioned approach in 2024. Breakfast was pleasing. A too small a space though when the hotel is busy. A $20 stay security fee which was efficiently charged back to me on departure. The Mexican restaurant just down the street, does great value, tasty meals.

This review is LONG overdue, but this Fairfield Inn & Suites locations is top tier. Our Chadron State College Women's Basketball team stayed at this location several times over the basketball season, and the staff out-did themselves every single time. The hotel is CLEAN, comfortable, and ACCOMODATING. We are so thankful for every time we stayed here and look forward to staying during our upcoming season.

The bed was pretty hard and gave both of us back pain. The bed comforter/quilt seemed to be super hot and suffocating. The AC seemed to be an ancient blower by the window so between all these we had hot, insufferable nights (despite the temperature being 20 degrees outside). We almost had to argue for a daily room clean on check-in, with the agent repeatedly pushing back and trying to reduce the service (sadly too familiar these days). Then almost got shoved out of the way by a cleaner when we dared to grab coffee at 10:59am and were informed coffee closes at 11. It's a shame as the hotel looks great, seems newly renovated and is in a great location.

We received a great group rate from the Fairfield Inn for our wedding guests. Everyone had a very comfortable stay, and it was so conveniently located close to everything someone that's in town for the weekend would want to do. We also had our welcome party in the common area of the hotel which was so awesome because all of our guests could just walk to their room afterwards :) Thanks to this Fairfield Inn team for making this such a great experience. We whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who has the chance to stay with them :)

Our girls and boys basketball teams stayed for 2 nights during a basketball tourney. From the beginning, Nica was awesome to work with. Reservations were easy and payment was made simple. The staff treated our kids, coaches, and fans very well. They went over and above to ensure that we had everything we needed. Great place to stay!!!

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Lakewood is a great choice for the area. The location is convenient and tucked back in with a residential community. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will continue to have out of town employees stay at this location. Nica the Director of Sales helped me with arranging our monthly corporate meeting. The Red Rocks meeting room is a perfect size for most. Thank you to all of the employees for making our travel experience easy.

It was so,so not much to write about, almost disappointing. The front desk wasn’t a pleasant experience, not very welcoming. Not much in the area for food either. It is quite nice to be close RedRocks. Mountain View not worth the extra cost. It was clean, breakfast buffet ok, and close and easy access to the interstate.

We were very impressed with this hotel. It appeared newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The furnishings were plush enough for us albeit somewhat minimalistic. We needed to get in and get out. From the online check-in to the digital key and checkout process, this was an above-average stay worth the money. We didn't take advantage of any of the continental breakfast offerings and honestly weren't sure if this particular hotel offered them. However, we ate at the Denny's across the street and had a great breakfast.
