We also have an inside foosball table. This property features an open deck with patio dining to view the beautiful sunsets. The back yard takes you down a green lawn to the boat dock where you can swim, fish, and watch the serene views of the lake. Located in the city of Penn Valley (off Hwy 20) it is a gorgeous wooded community nestled around a private 300 acre lake.15-20 Minutes from the quaint towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City and only 1 hour to Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Downieville, and a little over 2 hours from the East Bay and San Francisco makes this location a great vacation getaway. Skiing at Sugarbowl, Tahoe Donner, Boreal and Soda Springs is just 1 hrs away.
