Location is fantastic, room is accessible especially the toilet and the restaurant offers 10%off when dining in, with a good variety of food. Lake Tekapo is just outside our room...with these main attractions within 5mins walk.

This hotel has a great location, it’s walking distance to both foursquare and church of good shepherd. It’s an old building however they maintain it quite well, it’s have the mix style in the hotel - old + new. The cafe has a nice view to the lake tekapo. However the bed and pillow is quite soft, we don’t really get used to it. Room is exactly like the picture. The toilet is good space for single person, the water pressure is great, however there’s no ventilator in the toilet, so need to open a small window in the toilet for ventilator. It would be great if the hotel can consider to have microwave in the room for people that need to use.

This hotel is located in a really good location. You can see the lake and Church view. But the room is a bit old.

Very good location with walking distance to the good shepherd church. However room is very old with even no table and one single outlet only.. The balcony is a hallway connecting all rooms leaving no privacy. Front desk stuff was helpful.

The view from our room which is lake view is really good! Choose lower floor if you prefer sitting outside and relaxing. I am at the higher floor and there is no place outside to chill as the balcony facing the lake is all connected for the whole level. The location is just 5-7 mins walk to the Church so it is really strategic! Quite a number of food places nearby too.

Lake tekapo is just behind the hotel. Very convenient for you walk to the lake. The room is good for 2 peoples. Heater really useful because lake tekapo temperature is quite low and cold. Front desk customer service also quite friendly and helpful. They try arrange the room side by side each for my friends and us. We had a ground floor, so that we do not need to carry luggage go up the staircase

our room was in level 2 and we have to carry our heavy luggages up the stairs. its very inconvenient. the location was great though.

Good location and good services. Also Got nice heater during winter. Just the bath room abit cool.

Room was too small and old. Everywhere was tight.There was even no chair in the room. It is not valuable for this room.

We had two adjoining rooms. Both were the same size but the furniture and configuration was different. One had an extra bed, the other had a bathtub instead of a shower. I much preferred the layout of the one with the extra bed even though we didn't use it. But otherwise both were functional and more like a motel room than a hotel room.
