I’m in awe of Canada’s nature, but the hotel left me rather disappointed, especially compared to other hotels. Some floors were closed for renovations, which significantly affected the quality of my sleep. During my entire stay, I didn’t get a single full night’s sleep because all the noisy work was done from 8 PM onwards, often lasting indefinitely. Sometimes I woke up to the noise at 1 AM, which was, of course, very unpleasant—especially considering we weren’t warned about it or offered any discount for the inconvenience. The service was also quite mediocre. We constantly had to ask for things—there were no creams, no soap, or something else missing in the room.

We received a room upgrade to suite at the check-in, which was fantastic. The concierge service could be better, we asked for utensils sent to our room and waited for 30 minutes. However, they ended up also sending a microwave to our room for us to heat up the foods.

When we checked in we decided to pay for the extra night. As soon as we got in the bedroom, we were completely underwhelmed with how small and outdated the room is. It is nowhere near worth that price. If given a choice, It’s not even worth $200. We paid $1275 for the first night and they took out $1711 for the second night. Immediately we cancelled the second night and asked to be upgraded to a lake view room for just the one night. They made us wait 2 1/2 hours for the new room to be available. It looked the same just a little spacious. The bathroom window does not have blinds so you can be seen in the bathroom. We just had to make a way to cover it when we use the bathroom. The biggest benefit is that lake Louise is just there, which was the whole purpose of our trip. It was nice to have the priority guest discount as well for the canoeing which my family enjoyed. Overall, we would still go back but will definitely wait for a much lower pricing than that we paid for.

A spectacular hotel…very impressed by its updates. We were told there was no lakeview room. However, when we opened the room door, wow! Beautiful lake view…surprised! Great view of sunrise…feel privileged as the hotel guests. In addition, hotel sells tickets to Moraine Lake that is hard to get to. Although we spent almost $1000 for a night, it is worth it. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Very nice and wonderful hotel. Good location for watching Lake Louise. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Service ok. Water heater (for bathroom) not working. Shower tap too tight to turn. Food ok. Overall only the location is excellent, the rest doesn’t match 5-Star hotel services.

Terrible food - $50 for a piece of cardboard masquerading as a schnitzel. The antipasto board was chunks of cheddar and something else out of the catering bag, with chopped salami, on a plate. Guys, really?! The leading restaurant there wouldn't survive if the environment was competitive. Service was hit and miss: front desk was great, but in the restaurants it just depended on who you got. Hotel is tired, with small rooms, no aircon or fans, and windows that open just 5cm. My wife posted a disappointed review elsewhere and the hotel replied to put in the public domain that someone would contact her: no one has of course. For this price it needs to be spot on. You can't trade on location forever. Or just maybe you can.

第二次入住這家酒店，實在喜歡。雖然這次房間小了點，但仍然是湖景，並且安靜。包了早餐，這裏的早餐豐富，就是星級酒店水平，質量品種都可以，咖啡也濃郁。酒店其實有不少餐廳，選擇不算少。泳池和熱水泡浴都不錯。早上出去hiking，雪地裏走走，看看雪山，非常愜意！

價格是頂級價。但是房間裏連一瓶水都沒有的，大堂也沒有水，那邊沒有超市的，就讓你樓下商場買，我呵呵了。住過那麼多高級酒店，這個真的性價比很低，基本上無服務，停車40加幣一晚上，也是呵呵。餐廳牛排都是糊的…我也是醉了，不推薦住，去參觀一下，看看湖不錯，別上當

定了湖景房風景還不錯，酒店的活動很豐富。雖然酒店歷史很老了但是房間裏的設施還挺新的，就是房間有點小。

特別棒的勒 免費升級了湖景房 服務也很好！送水送被子都挺及時的 景色太美啦！！以後還會再來的！ 湖景房感覺會比山景房的設施新一些 住湖景房的體驗感會很好，去看了山景房，雖然比湖景房大一些，但整體設施都更老舊。 各方面都很好！ 景色服務設施都對得起這個價格
