Spacious and family friendly, has a beautiful pool with a bar area next to it! 2 minutes away from the launch ramp, you can either take your family for a day on the lake or stay and lay by the pool! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, re-modeled, and with a beautiful outside patio, you will instantly fall in love with this house. The property is also minutes away from London Bridge, and there is full garage access! Great property
Owner very responsive and very friendly! Great property with a fabulous backyard and entertaining area! Close to London Bridge and restaurants. Highly recommend

Awesome host 🌟
What a beautiful place to spend our week-long vacation. Such a functional and fun lake house, access to the garage and side parking for our boat was great. Perfect home for traveling with little ones and pets. This host is so easy to work with, communication is fast and transparent. Thanks again for opening your home to us ☀️

Awesome place
First time to Lake Havasu, the house was excellent clean everything was stocked. The pool was great very quiet neighbourhood if you love Pickleball, your five minutes from the courts 10 minutes from Walmart and driving distance to everything could not have asked for a better place or better people to rent from thanks, a definite 10 out of 10

Nice house!
Nice neighborhood; loved use of garage. Bedding and living room furniture could be updated. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great stay at Havasu
Kristen was very responsive thru the rental process as well as during the stay. She accommodated every request we asked for.
The house and pool were clean and just as expected based on the pictures and description. I wish that the BBQ grill was a bit better though.

Great place to stay with the family
This place was amazing!! The pool in the back was great for the kids to play on after a day on the lake. The backyard had lots of seating and was comfortable to relax back there. The rooms had comfortable beds and the house was clean and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be staying here again.
