Nestled in a touristic place such as Lake George, the place should be closed for major renovations. There's a strong smell of mold. I was afraid to touch anything, especailly the old rusty dusty lampshades. The bathroom wall is rotten. This is embarrassing really! One night was enough!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in i have traveled for years and years no internet like they say dirty rooms had to come back 3 times to check in for a reservation i had for 2 weeks cause they didnt clean room yet still wasnt clean.. no towels no hot water bugs everywhere tv didnt work either

We stayed in a deluxe suite, was far from deluxe. The room was smelt very bad, the bathroom smelt of urine. The bath did not drain, cobwebs and dead squished bugs on the wall. Do not recommend at all. The only thing positive about this place is the outdoor pool facility.

NOT CLEAN!! 1 lamp per room and that was brokenchad a 2 room suite with 1 tv ( stayed there several years ago each room had a tv) no safety bar in shower (slipped while getting out nothing to grab on to. NO contact with desk never answer the phone so you need to go to office where someone was sitting but obviously not interested in answering the phone,SEWAGE SMELL near patio so they gave me a can of FABREZE!!bring clorox wipes to clean your furniture RIPPED BLANKETS ,GRILLS that i would never put my food on, No picnic tables as shown in their pictures.I could go on and on but bottom line STAY AWAY !!!!

Disgustingly dirty place to stay!! Doubt the room was ever cleaned prior to us arriving. Water didn't work when we checked in. Once it finally worked, there was no hot water. The sheets on the bed kept coming off throughout the night. The smell in the room as a stuffy mildew smell. Had to keep AC on all weekend to help with the smell. The playground is not safe or clean for children to play. Weeds were growing out of control on the property and really, I could go on and on. The pool did look amazing, but the gate was locked and we could even enjoy sitting by it. Definitely will not be back!!!!

Probably the WORST motel I’ve ever stayed at. Blood stains on ceilings, stains on towels . Sockets hanging off wall. Dirty linens . As soon as you walk in the room a strong odour of urine coming from the washroom. We looked everywhere in lake George for something else after driving 7 hrs but it was Saturday night and nothing available anywhere. We even contemplated sleeping in our car. RUN from this place . It should be condemned.

Booked months ago. plans changed. cancelled weeks in advance by leaving a voicemail on their generic phone as well as emailed four times with no response. We of course were charged. They claim we never called or received email. Will be disputing as I have all the evidence.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen . We left immediately , blood stains on the shower curtain and furniture , no running water when we got there . Room smelled musty wasn’t clean . Then we wanted to leave and said we aren’t staying here this isn’t what we signed up for , he said “yes we will help you removing the fee “ he still charged the 169 cancellation fee we didn’t stay in the room . There also was lamps that didn’t work and when you are paying that much and the amenities were garbage tiny pool fountain wasn’t going . Don’t stay here I doubt it gets cleaned dirty nasty place .

Great location between Lake George and Great Escape. Property was beautiful. Dollar General was right down the road. Access to Lake George and Queensbury. Right down the road from all the outlets.Will be back soon
