I was helped by David upon check in around 10:40pm on 6/28. My reservation was for a two queen bed for my sister and myself - upon arrival I was told that they did not have one available for my stay. No apologies or concern for the unavailability of the specific type of room I reserved. What is the point of a reservation days in advance if the room I reserved was not going to be held? We were given a one king bed room. We were then told to use the pull out bed, given bedding to make our space instead of having someone help us take it up given that we had our hands full of with our belongings. To make matters worse, we were then given a room key to room 407, which upon entering we found keys on the tv stand, a receipt, the tv on, the bed clearly already used. When we went downstairs to tell David, there was again no apology or concern - all he asked is if the room was clean and what we saw. We were then given another one king bed room. When attempting to use the pull out bed, we found that it was dirty with wrappers stuck on it. I am extremely disappointed with every aspect of this experience. I barely slept out of fear that our room key would be given to someone else. We even barricaded the door with the ottoman, pillows, anything we could so we would know if anyone was given our room key. I reached out to their customer service and spoke to the manager on property, Kyle, and was offered points that have little to no value. They did refund the 2nd night that we were going to be staying and void the early departure fee since we made it clear we would not be staying due to not feeling safe. We ended up having to pay more for another nights stay at a hotel we had previously had a good experience at. Overall - I would not recommend staying here if you are traveling without any kind of extra protection for your room.
