不建議訂這個酒店，設施陳舊、服務一般、靠街非常吵、空調設施整晚聲音非常大、連續三個晚上累計睡眠不到4.5小，空調每隔幾分鐘啟動很吵、就算設定off也無濟於事、現場已經告知前台、沒有結果。目前沒有收到店家及攜程任何補償、身心健康受到嚴重創傷！

酒店很不錯，衞生好，床有點高哈哈。總之還是不錯的？

I was helped by David upon check in around 10:40pm on 6/28. My reservation was for a two queen bed for my sister and myself - upon arrival I was told that they did not have one available for my stay. No apologies or concern for the unavailability of the specific type of room I reserved. What is the point of a reservation days in advance if the room I reserved was not going to be held? We were given a one king bed room. We were then told to use the pull out bed, given bedding to make our space instead of having someone help us take it up given that we had our hands full of with our belongings. To make matters worse, we were then given a room key to room 407, which upon entering we found keys on the tv stand, a receipt, the tv on, the bed clearly already used. When we went downstairs to tell David, there was again no apology or concern - all he asked is if the room was clean and what we saw. We were then given another one king bed room. When attempting to use the pull out bed, we found that it was dirty with wrappers stuck on it. I am extremely disappointed with every aspect of this experience. I barely slept out of fear that our room key would be given to someone else. We even barricaded the door with the ottoman, pillows, anything we could so we would know if anyone was given our room key. I reached out to their customer service and spoke to the manager on property, Kyle, and was offered points that have little to no value. They did refund the 2nd night that we were going to be staying and void the early departure fee since we made it clear we would not be staying due to not feeling safe. We ended up having to pay more for another nights stay at a hotel we had previously had a good experience at. Overall - I would not recommend staying here if you are traveling without any kind of extra protection for your room.

Delayed on a flight and could not make it to the hotel. I called to cancel, they cancelled the reservation but charged me the full rate. Andrea was the person on the phone and she played dumb, like it was out of her control. I am a weekly traveler for buskers as and run into issues often, very seldom have issues….but this hotel, they seem to be misguided. Do not stay here, they are fundamentally misaligned with common sense and a basic value system.

As a Titanium Elite Lifetime member I hate to leave a negative review. The property is fine however the General Manager, Stephanie McGuire is the worst example of management that I have experienced. God help you if you need understanding on an issue that you had ZERO control over. If it doesn't fit in the policy there are no exceptions. To me that shows that she isn't a leader or manager but nothing more than a corporate puppet. Because of her NO ONE from the company is allowed to stay there. She is a horrible misrepresentation of the Marriott.
