terrible customer service. went to replace a key card after being locked from my room and without saying a word, I was immediately met with an attitude because I store my hotel card in my wallet. Not sure what prompted the negativity in the first place, but it was defined unwarranted. A simple ask turned sour experience. Aside from the passive aggressiveness, many thanks to the custodians who clean and replenish our rooms, very consistent and helpful!
