Welcome to our White House on Laguna St in Laguna Beach, newer home built in 2021. We have comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen and ample linens. After a fun day on the beach we have an outdoor shower in our fenced patio where there is plenty of outdoor seating & propane fire pit. An easy 7 min walk or 2 min drive to Laguna Beach, a natural shoreline deeded and dedicated to the Laguna community. The beach is natural and not built upon. You can walk or drive your car and park and the beach Bedrooms have new smart TVs, 70' TV in living & 55' in master. -WE STRICTLY ENFORCE OCCUPANCY to six people including children. We will reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately with no refund if you bring more than 6 overnight guests. Laguna Beach is a mostly locals neighborhood with some old Florida, new Florida & some local flavor. Our home is not just a rental it is our personal getaway that we hope will feel like home to you. We have a Ninja blender for your frosty mixes, Kitchenaid mixers for the baker, and cooking pans are Emeril's Proclad made by Allclad. We have plenty of everything you need in a kitchen, and a charcoal grill is provided. We are geared towards families and groups who would rather have a quiet night at home than party all night. If you want to get out we are only 3.5 miles to Pier Park. Walking distance and less than a mile is Thomas Donuts, Carousel grocery store, and one block from DQ. Less than 3 miles Walmart, Publix and Winn Dixie. Carousel is our neighborhood grocery store that has an outstanding wine selection and a package store next door. 30A and Rosemary Beach is 5.8 miles and the Donut Hole is 5.3 miles. Back Beach BBQ is .3 miles and great smoked brisket. Salty Sues is 1.7 miles and Mikes Cafe is 1.8 miles. Marco's pizza delivers. If you bring your bicycles you can store them on the enclosed patio that can be locked.
