This hotel is all about the location. Beautiful views across its own vineyard and the mountains beyond. Beautiful sunrise and sunset colours. The hotel is very 'boutique' style. Small-ish rooms but with a very large terrace on some. Breakfast is standard buffet style for Spain. Dinners are good quality with/without wine-pairings (€35/45). Very useful as the hotel is a couple of miles from town. Sound-proofing between rooms is not great and, when there is a wedding in the function rooms, there is considerable noise until it concludes, typically around 1130-1145pm. The staff were excellent throughout, and the tour of the hotel bodega is worth the €18 cost. Overall, very nice for 2 or 3 days. Disliked · Sound-proofing is poor, and some noise disturbance from weddings in the evening.

I would have loved to give this hotel 5 stars. It is in a stunning setting and was so close to being a really great stay. Our rooms were large and comfortable with incredible views in every direction. We were able to walk among the vineyards and we enjoyed an informative wine tour and tasting. The only thing letting it down was that it felt very understaffed. We dined in the restaurant on the first night where the food was ok but the service was unacceptably slow and not particularly warm. For most of the evening, just one unsmiling waiter served all the tables. We waited half an hour to get any water or wine and having booked the wine-matching meal, we were just poured wine without any explanation of what it was or why it was being paired with that particular course. Even allowing for language issues, it did not feel friendly or informative. It was a similar experience at breakfast - the buffet selection was great, possibly the best buffet of our tour, but there was a long wait to get any coffee, as again, while there were several members of staff around the reception desk, there was just one waiter for the whole restaurant and he really needed somebody to assist him. So in short - a wonderful hotel in a spectacular setting, but in need of some more staff, better customer service, and some smiling faces.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We especially enjoyed the great view over the vineyard from the restaurant and the wine tasting beside dinner. Also breakfast was good and the buffet varied. The hotel is perfect if you wish to make relaxing and elegant vacation.

We booked a premium room that has a balcony with two chairs and a small table to look out to the vineyards and the beautiful surrounding area. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was included in our rate and it had good options to get your day started. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to explore La Rioja for 3 days. The staff was friendly and attentive. You have parking right outside the hotel. Very interesting how you go down to your floor instead of going up. The check in area is the first thing you walk into. As you're going down on the elevator, you can see their bodega and the long lines of barrels. On one of the days we were there, we took a tour of their bodega and was very impressed. We would definitely stay here again when we return to La Rioja.

Magnifico hotel 5' de Laguardia. Nos alojamos una noche para disfrutar la Orbea Rioja Alavesa, el hotel es espectacular, totalmente recomendable. El entorno vinicola, la bodega, instalaciones, de 10. Pena que el desayuno abria a las 8:30 y fuimos muy justos.

Viajamos en pareja, para pasar uno días de relax en la zona, y fue una grata sorpresa. Está muy cerca de la guardia, a unos 3 kms. Hotel nuevo, limpio y tranquilo. Exteriores maravillosos. Trato exquisito. Precio comedido. Planamente recomendable

Imagino que en la época de su apertura el hotel cumplía expectativas. En la actualidad es un hotel que ha quedado obsoleto sin buen mantenimiento ni reformas y solo merece la pena por su ubicacíón y vistas. Duchas y baños viejos, escasa limpieza de zonas comunes, personal poco estimulado... Lo peor: los colchones de muelles que se clavan en la espalda y el desayuno...deprimente, de mala calidad, mal atendido. Despierten, estamos en el siglo XXI

Una experiencia inolvidable... por el entorno, las instalaciones y fundamentalmente el personal.. Tanto en recepción como en el comedor superamables y profesionales. Unas habitaciones preciosas y mantenidas limpias muy por encima de hoteles de mayor categoría.. Y poder disfrutar desde la ventana de los jardines y los viñedos del entorno ofrecen una paz inmensa. Disfrutamos de su menu degustacion en la cena, cada plato mejor que el anterior y con yna atencion que hace inolvidable el momento. Dada nuestra afición al enoturismo lo visitaremos en otras ocasiones para poder visitar otras bodegas del entorno

La verdad que ha sido una decepción total. Teníamos reservadas 2 noches en este hotel directamente con ellos y pensábamos pasar un estupendo fin de semana. Había previsión de bajas temperaturas, pero no esperábamos que cortasen la carretera de Burgos y que nos tuviesen casi 4 horas parados a menos de 100 km de Madrid. Les llamamos para decirles que dábamos la vuelta, eran las 8 de la tarde y llevaba mas de 4 horas al volante y me faltaban según google otras 3. Mi marido no conduce y tal cual estaba la carretera era peligroso y decidimos volver. Llamamos para ver si podían cambiarnos el fin de semana por otro, su respuesta que tenían que cobrarla primera noche si o si. EMPATIA 0. Creo que es necesario diferenciar si el cliente no te cancela la habitación a tiempo porque no quiere, o si es por causa mayor, como fue nuestro caso. Priorizan el cobro y no al cliente, una pena... Han cobrado unos 150 € pero a mi ya no me cobran más.

Du charme, de la tranquillité, un personnel très sympathique et une chambre superbe tout confort avec vue sur les vignes. Que demander de plus ? Tout a été superbement conçu, même un ascenseur panoramique qui descend au milieu de la cave pour vous emerveiller tout en vous amenant à votre chambre.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Schöne Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Weinberge. Freundliche Mitarbeier und eine interessante Führung durch das Weingut. Tolles Dinner. Was will man mehr. Der Abschied fiel schwer..

Un pur bonheur pour des vacances en famille. Emplacement est facile à trouver, ambiance, au milieu des vignes et la beauté du lieu. Prenez l’ascenseur et regardez l’infrastructure. Confort de la chambre au top, Une Literie royale. Et une douche comme on en voit au cinéma. On a adoré le petit déjeuner avec la vue. Rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre. Ça dépayse et en plus il fait super beau (micro climat)

Emplacement idéal visiter la région, bel hôtel confortable avec une vue splendide , grande chambre bien décorée et aménagée, salle de bain bien agencée, Personnel sympathique, possibilité de visiter les caves ( impressionnantes) et de déguster du vin.
