Cozy Modern Studio - Free Parking with Washer & Dryer Perfect for 1 or 2 People!

Adorable Studio! Cozy studio that is so well thought out! The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the decor was truly special. Loved staying here and will definitely book again.

Beautiful Studio Near UL Campus I stayed here with my daughter to visit UL campus. The proximity of the studio to the campus was within a 5-10 min walking distance depending on the campus building. Communication was great, and information was provided well before our stay. The studio, upon arrival, was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing is that the microwave is placed in a high position above the refrigerator, which makes it difficult for shorter people to use it. I saw there was a stool in the bathroom that I was able to utilize. The decor was really cute and stylish. I loved the vintage-looking refrigerator. Overall, the studio was equipped with all of our needs. It was a great deal considering budget and location. I highly recommend staying here!

Location! Location! Location! Close to downtown and so much good food and entertainment but far enough away to be quiet and private. The place itself is well appointed and has all high quality furnishings. Tyler is very responsive and nice! This was my 2nd time to stay here and will be returning soon!

Wished we could have stayed longer We were in town from Texas. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stay longer. The space was perfect for us and we look forward to staying again in the future. The finishes were great. The shower was haute and just what we needed after a long drive thru torrential rain.
