Cinque Terre Gateway

這個酒店房間非常好，就是第一次來不太好找。從火車站出站後往左走，在到一個小加樂福超市門口過街，是個小街心廣場，中間有個小綠房子，在綠房子的左邊可以看到個木門，按郵件提示進去就行。，下面會有圖。房間裏設施很新，乾淨、整潔。早餐在樓下廣場左邊的bar,早餐還比較豐富，但另加雞蛋火腿需加5歐，不要也夠吃了。在網上vheck in,需要護照照片，另用信用卡付税。

相當於一個自助民宿，沒有前台沒人服務的。對於我這種不看郵件的人來到樓下真是崩潰了，一定要提前在郵件中回復發送護照照片，按照他們給的連結去付款完税費，他們才會郵件告訴你小區大門、住宅大門、房間門各自的密碼；旅館在一個居民樓裏的c棟3樓，離火車站、步行街很近是優勢，一共才6個房間，給我們了一個最大的雙窗房間，安靜，衞生，住舒服，；就是因為沒提前看郵件，到了門口沒法進來，打電話吧意大利語人工客服，加whatsapp吧又要手機驗證碼搞不成功，搞半天最後還是通過攜程客服電話解決問題的，雖然波折幾番，最後還是順利入住也算是個好玩的經歷；走廊的自助咖啡機0.6歐/杯，但不設找零的哦

房間乾淨舒適，酒店附近有很多餐廳，對面有一間超市，十分方便。

The staff was so attentive and helpful! Michele was the ultimate host and was so great communicating with us! Just a simple text away and always responsive. He helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, dinner reservations, and so much more! Also, the rest of the staff kept the facilities so clean and were always wearing a smile on their faces. They made each day so bright and we appreciated them so much. Everyone at the Cinque Terre Gateway made our stay so easy & most importantly, relaxing. We traveled to Cinque Terre for our honeymoon and stayed in the Superior Room. It was large, very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The hotel was right on the main road so it was easy to explore the town and was a very short walk to the ferry. Breakfast was amazing and the food choices were extensive. If we ever get the chance to go back to Cinque Terre, we will most definitely be staying here. Thank you Cinque Terre Gateway for a dream vacation. Our only regret - not staying longer!

We stayed in May as a couple & a 2nd time end of August as a family. Breathtaking views, lovely, clean, large & modern rooms. If you are staying in a deluxe suite I recommend 201for its spacious layout and elegant design! The staff go above and beyond to help. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. It's so convenient for day trips to the villages. Plus, the city center is an easy 2-minute walk, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to take you back if you'd rather skip the stroll! Breakfast is lovely & they provided gluten free options. Overall a fantastic stay once again, we will be back!

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was excellent. It’s hard to believe this property is in the centre of La Spezia. Once you enter through the beautiful arch ways, it feels like a serene & private charming estate. You are completely unaware of the chaos outside. The inside gardens are beautiful and are very well maintained. I was also thoroughly impressed by the quality and comfort of the rooms. The décor is modern and stylish, with a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of natural light, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the beautiful Cinque Terre region. Each room is equipped with all the amenities you could need—flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a well-stocked minibar. The attention to detail is evident, from the quality linens to the well-designed layout. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea, and the bathroom was spacious with excellent water pressure and high-quality toiletries. The soundproofing of the rooms is also impressive, offering a peaceful escape despite the hotel’s central location. The breakfast each morning is plentiful & set in the characteristic square outside the palace. Best of all about this special property was the service. We could not fault the service at all during our stay from every department. Michele and his wonderful team did everything they could to make our stay so memorable. They organized everything for us from beach clubs, to restaurants, taxis, water taxis. It made for a seamless & enjoyable week. Thank you to everyone. Because of you all, we had the most beautiful holiday. We have found our home away from home in Cinque Terre.

This was my least favorite hotel during our 12 day Europe trip. First of all, it isn’t a hotel. There is a floor of rooms in a building without any staff working besides the cleaning crew that would arrive at 6 am to start cleaning the hallways and other rooms that were vacant. They were very loud and not friendly at all. If you want to carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs this is the place to stay. The elevator only worked half of the time. We couldn’t find the hotel and had to ask a local person if they knew where it was. There are not any signs on the building that we could find. The customer service rep was rude. Not a great place. Look elsewhere.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. The room and bathroom was brand new, large, tastefully furnished but above all very clean. The front desk team were all great, always smiling, helpful and super friendly. It was very refreshing and welcoming. Breakfast was included and offered many options with outdoor seating. They offer shuttles to main area of town every hour which was very convenient. Will be back again

The hotel offers easy access, and the on-site parking is a major convenience, making our stay hassle-free. The rooms are amazing with the different categories and great options for families as well and everything looked really new! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the reception to the room service and housekeeping teams. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options, particularly for those with specific dietary needs. I highly recommend the Sunset boat tour—it's a fantastic way to explore the region and take in the breathtaking scenery.
