Private: terraced garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 10 km.
