DON'T LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU! Resort needs alot of maintenance EVERYWHERE! Lobby (NOT welcoming at all), All furniture and sitting area furniture needs to be upgraded, as well as furniture in rooms and more pleasant staff in resort to assist. So much to say: We booked SUITE and don't know where to begin. We walked into lobby the cushions on furniture are floppy and run down in blue color. Our entry door had huge gap in bottom (for insects to crawl in) the closet doors were jammed, our faucets had water buildup, the mirrors were foggy and old, the patio furniture had bird droppings so we couldn't lay on them, bedding had stains on them. Worst part is that my that my husband, and I got bug bites from infested mattress. As soon as we arrived home he had to go to Doctor, we had to wash and spray everything we had in our luggages and leave it out in sun. In a few years they will no longer have a roof (currently falling apart and missing roofing on some sections). The restaurant has gaps and falling ceiling pieces there are badgers & cats around area, much more badgers in the pool area (DO NOT LEAVE LEFTOVER FOOD OR FOOD UNATTENDED) there will come in packs. The pool area was ok but understaffed, one person to the whole entire area. The towels are old and discolored. HOTEL "COULD BE" beautiful if the owner/owners would invest in maintaining and kept up to date. EVERYTHING about it is outdated! For the price we paid not worth it. We lysol disinfectant, sprayed frebreeze took our own sheets and still wasn't enough. Never going back AGAIN!!!!

Came to this hotel for cousins wedding. The hotel needs Major TLC. The water was out twice during the weekend stay. And often, the water would come out dirty. The rooms were dirty, mirrors blury, and the drawers were broken. Bathroom towels and beach towels were dingy and shredded on the edged. The phone did not work. Came in to the room one timeand had a little furry friend on the bed. The belocony lounge furniture was full of bird poop. We stayed in a junior suit, and I can't imagine what the regular rooms look like. We were having dinner inside the buffet restaurant and spotted a raccoon right above us. The ceiling was cracked, and the raccoon was there ready to jump down. I can go on and on about this hotel. It's so sad to see a hotel in a great location, but I don't understand why they can't invest in renovations and just as simple as decent towels.

He visitado este hotel más de 10 veces, desde hace 20 años, es un hotel que nos encanta a toda la familia, se caracteriza por su deliciosa comida y buen trato, así como amabilidad. Sin embargo esta última vez que fui las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, los aires acondicionados en las habitaciones son obsoletos, las mesas de juego les falta mantenimiento están dañadas, el cuarto de vapor estaba en mantenimiento así como el restaurante el arrecife (es un excelente lugar) que debería estar siempre disponible, los camastros de la alberca y playa necesitan renovarlos o por lo menos una buena limpieza. Ahora cobran por el paseo a caballo, 50 por persona, por lo que no se me hace gravoso, siempre y cuando si utilicen ese dinero para los caballitos y nos puedan seguir brindando esa increíble actividad. Antes contaban con canchas de tenis y kayaks sería bueno que vuelvan a contar con estas actividades. Ahora como agente de viajes, llevando grupos y bodas si me gustaría que pudieran tomar las oportunidades a mejorar. Aún así el personal y comida como lo mencioné lo rescata, regresaremos el próximo año en febrero para nuestra boda, pues aquí es un lugar excelente para este día tan especial, la licenciada Aidé y el equipo de bodas son muy profesionales. Espero que estos comentarios lo tomen a consideración ya que nos acompañarán toda la familia y amigos (de todo México, Estados Unidos y Canadá) ojalá pudieran mejorar estos aspectos y así poder regresar con todos y seguir trabajando en conjunto con LAL para llevar más bodas y grupos a este hotel.

Como cada visita ha sido una agradable estadía con comida deliciosa, hemos visitado este hotel por más de 20 años, ahora como agentes de viajes podemos decir que tuvimos algunos percances en las habitaciones pero la amabilidad del personal los Caracteriza! Gracias a la supervisora de recepción Luz, el jefe de seguridad Alejandro, el Sr. Alexander, la licenciada Aidé de Bodas, por su ayuda. La mesera Fabiola de Alberca muy agradable y excelente servicio así como la capitana de meseros Beatriz, el equipo de animación muy bien Perla, Mariana y Omar. Sin duda seguirá siendo un hotel de nuestra preferencia. Algo a mejorar sería la variedad de la música tanto en el día como en la noche, mantenimiento de habitaciones para que los tejones no pasen. Visiten el buffet mexicano, restaurantes a la carta Arrecife y el mexicano deliciosos!! Gracias

No aire acondicionado, el cuarto estaba caliente, no agua caliente, el internet pésimo servicio, con animales por todos lados, tejones que si te descuidas te roban las bolsas o comida que tengas cerca. Las dos estrellas las doy por el personal que era muy atento, y amable.

HOLA BUENA TARDE RECIEN LLEGANDO DE VISITAR ESTE HERMOSO LUGAR, EN GENERAL TODO MUY BIEN COMIDA MUY BIEN, ME TOCO UNA HABITACION REMODELADA, TODOS LOS DIAS ME HICIERON LIMPIEZA DE HABITACION, TODA LA GENTE DESDE RECEPCION, HASTA LA QUE ATIENDE EN EL RESTAORANT MUY AMABLES, LA PLAYA MUY BIEN YA LO HABIA VISITADO UNOS 5 AÑOS ATRAS Y SI HA CAMBIADO , SI LE HAN DADO MANTENIENTO LES FELICITO EN GENERAL ME LA PASE MUY BIEN Y TODO MI GRUPO TAMBIEN , EN UN FUTURO ESPERO SEGUIR VISITANDOLOS, GRACIAS!!!!!!
