El Parador es una estructura hotelera de primer nivel con una situación excelente.
Pero al no tener nada mas que personal de admisión, se echa de menos unos carritos para trasporte de equipaje, dadas las distancias a las habitaciones existentes.
Se echa de menos la existencia de un punto informatizado con al menos dos ordenadores conectados a internet que puedan cubrir las incidencias de trabajo o comunicación que pueda tener algún huésped.
La cafeteria tiene mucho que mejorar en rapidez de atención, temperatura y ejecución de los platos. los sándwiches con un contenido correcto llegan fríos y con el pan a medio tostar.
Es fácil de resolver.
Y hay que poner una TV actualizada y de gran tamaño y calidad de sonido, la mayoría de las veces que se llena la cafeteria coincide con la retrasmisión de un evento deportivo y ya no se puede ver en una TV como la actual.
No es de recibo que no se pueda pagar una factura del Bar mediante la utilización de las diferentes tarjetas de los clientes con las cantidades fraccionadas que decidan. Es una facilidad para pago compartido que ya es practica habitual en cualquier establecimiento.

Nuestra primera vez en un parador y ha sido genial. Las instalaciones son excelentes (Spa muy recomendado para relajarte). Unas habitaciones con mucha calidad y una camas comodísimas.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con buenas instalaciones. Desayuno muy bueno, y además con muchas variedades de productos sin gluten. Lo único que no le gustó es que en la piscina no hay suficientes tumbonas y los socorristas retendrían que averiguar mejor las ocupaciones de ellas, porque había gente que ocupaba tumbonas a las sombras y también al sol

Extremely well renovated historical building, with quality materials and nice design. Spacious rooms, restaurant with variety of local food, bar, spa center and the best - just within several minutes walking to the royal palace and park with 100.000 trees and beautiful fountains.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the hotel facilities were impeccable! Amazing combination of history with modern amenities and comforts. I would highly recommend the Paradores!

We stayed one night at the Parador De La Granja and had a fantastic experience. The interior corridors are unique and interesting. The room was clean and plush. Check-in and check-out was flawless. Overall, another fantastic Parador.

When visiting Spain staying in Paradores is a must. We like the ambience and the historical significance. We plan our trips around them. La Granja was lovely and its proximity to the Palance and grounds were a plus.

After a poor experience I wrote to the General manager of the hotel.Never had a response, that's why I like to share my experience. The week over Christmas I stayed with some friends in la Granja, I got up early in the morning for my daily run. As in the past I used your restaurant in the sous sole, your breakfast room. I arrived at about 08:00am I was greeted by a young lady and I was ask if I stay in the hotel, I said to her that I am from outside and just like to have some coffee, there was some hesitation from her side and she did ask, I assume her peers an older lady with blond hair, she approached me with a smile and in a friendly manner and said of course I could have a coffee and she guided me to the table that was set for two people, she removed one of the table settings and ask me what type of coffee I would like to have. I ordered a caffe con leche. After a few minutes she arrived with the coffee with the hot milk with a nice foam on top, she poured the milk on top of my coffee it was hot and very nice. She came back with a small plate of a pastry that tasted delicious. I ordered another coffee that arrived promptly nice and hot. I did ask for the bill, paid and left. I came back the following day, this time I was greeted with a smile by the older lady and had the same very pleasant experience, she is a true asset to your establishment, as I do enjoy and appreciate good service and food. I came back the following day, the older charming lady was not on duty, I was attended to by a younger waitress. I was greeted and was ask if I stay in the hotel, I explained to her that I am from outside and just like to have a cup of coffee, she hesitated a bit, I explained to her I had coffee the last two days in this restaurant. She said OK, I was waiting till she would point out to a table where I can sit down, she did not ask me. I had to ask her if can I sit on this table, she said yes, I sat down, she pointed to a coffee machine in the dining room. I explained to her that I was here the last two days and my coffee was served, she responded if I like the coffee to be served, I responded yes please. She left. In the meantime, I had to remove the table setting to make space for my coffee as she did not do it. The coffee arrived with the milk separate, she did not poured the milk into the coffee, I did mention to her that yesterday with my coffee I was served a small pasty, whilst she went to get the pastry I tasted the coffee, the milk was not hot no foam and the coffee did no taste nice. The pastry arrived a small round thing that was rock hard! I did not complain as at that point I would not have achieved anything, as I think the young lady was a bit lost. I did ask for the bill paid and left. My two experience was like day and night and I did decide not to come back for early morning coffee, a disappointing experience! I had assumed that staying at a Parador meant it was a little more luxury. Are the rooms were very outdated, stains all over the carpets, the pillows were hard as rocks, even though we asked if they had softer pillows, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. They had two TVs in our room and we don’t know why, because they only had three functioning channels. in addition, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the front desk staff. At check-in, they were extremely rude to the women in front of us who were just politely asking questions. They give you no information on the hotel or its amenities or Wi-Fi information etc. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was fine. The “Artisanal bread“ was bland, and the amount of times they brought other peoples dishes to our table was ridiculous. All in all, we were just disappointed with the experience.
