PARFAITEMENT PASSÉ! On a adoré particulièrement la bonne qualité des lits et la gentillesse des gens qui gère l'établissement. En plus, les appartements comptent avec un adéquat superficie. Je recommande carrément.

We had a wonderful time here. We agree with all the reviews so there’s not much to add. We can confirm all the positives: the hosts, comfort , parking, cleanliness, security ( a few codes to remember, but it’s super safe), location. Our apartment was ground floor, the largest, but, while quiet (as it was in the back, ) we had a terrace with no view at all. Be sure to note that there are beach chairs to bring to borrow and a hose to wash off sand by the parking. I would recommend booking directly with the hosts as the parking is free that way. And thank you, Bettina and Antonio for your suggestions and for sending us a forgotten item. We will surely recommend your place to others.

Great location, 20 meters to the beach, the apartment is perfectly equipped, very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the complex offers all the comforts even for a longer stay, the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, and are there every day, private parking, invaluable in the summer months. I highly recommend it. rating 10/10

We have had another fabulous 5 days, hosted by Bettina & Antonio…..we couldn’t have been made more welcome. We stayed in Marina which is one of the larger apartments on the ground floor with a lovely outside area. The rooms are great and have everything you need for your holiday, very clean and comfortable and nothing too much trouble. We look forward to waking to our breakfast hanging on the door and relaxing before heading over to the beach. Great location, parking, rooms and hosts !! We will be back !!

The hotel is more like a Cozy home. Both the decoration and the facilities in the room are of High quality, especially the bedding is super clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Just like its name, two steps away from the beautiful sea, through the windows we see a very lively beach. More importantly, experiencing such a warm hospitality and caring service from the owner we really feel like VIP. Without a doubt, Deux Pas de L'eau hotel is really the Best choice to stay in La Ciotat. We already consider returning in summer.

We have now stayed here 4 times in 3 different types of room and all have been excellent. Very comfortable, clean and fresh. Tonio and Bettina as hosts are absolutely fabulous and make every effort to make your stay a great one !! Breakfast is optional and is delivered fresh every day if you wish, it’s a lovely way to start your day opening the door and collecting your croissants! Lovely location opposite the beach and parking is very handy as also a good base if you have the car to go off and explore different areas each day. We forward to returning again soon

I took the time to write a review on this hotel in May 2022 because I was disappointed with my stay, I don't understand why it disappeared? it is important for customers wishing total transparency that the good but also the bad comments are written on this great Trip Advisor site that I use for each of my trips, I was disappointed with the noise from the road and the hygiene in the apartment, I hope that this time this comment will not be deleted because we did not enjoy our stay

We had come to visit the region but our stay had not gone well, already the owners hardly speak English and communication was too difficult, we had a sofa bed for our friends but it is impossible to sleep there because it is too bad quality , we had spoken to the owner who was really angry explaining to us that we were the only ones to complain, sorry to be your customers dear sir, we do not recommend this hotel

Between the hotel and the beautiful beach there is a noisy little road which prevented us from spending excellent nights, we were staying in a small apartment which deserves a renovation in the bathroom, the seals are yellowed. Problem also with the breakfast formula, really not like in a quality hotel
