Good location as easily connected to bus and tram, train. Right opposite is Gran Via 2 shopping mall. The checkout time is 10am, earlier than the industry practice and it’s costed 20€ to extend the checkout time to 1pm. Luggage stored with front desk is charged at 5€. Hotel claimed they are merely 1 star, thus only provide basis and earlier checkout time. 🙂 The room is just sleeping bed, no table, no chairs, no kettle, no glass, nothing mini fridge. Drinking water can get from lobby but hot water is charged 5 cent for a small cup. Hair dryer can get from front desk but can’t keep it as return required upon using. Overall it is ok hotel if u just need sleep and shower.

Great view and service

I enjoy my 2 day stay at Easy Hotel it was really easy indeed coz the location is just a few steps away from the bus station, train station restaurants/ bars and mall. The Staff were very accomodating and friendly.

very clean and convenient. but it would be better if they can have a small table arranged in the room. i was little bit surprise while there was only a bed in the room with no where u can place your items. and no fridge too, limited the choice when buying drink like milk or fruit juice.

Location: The hotel is definitely well located, the metro (subway) is right outside, there is a shopping mall across the street and a couple restaurants around. To get to central Barcelona it took about 25min by metro. Amenities/Service: The room I got provided the basic of the basics (1 towel and 1 pillow per person). You can get more tru your stay but THERES NO ROOM SERVICE/CLEANING. The front desk was more helpful to other guests (who spoke spanish) than they were to me, just average. My thoughts: I like the hotel. I would definitely stay there again, now that I know how and where it is. I am not sure how the other floors are setup but my bed was so close to the other room (thin walls) that I woke up at 2am because they were watching TV loudly.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Not central but good connections to the center and airport. There’s a direct bus to/from the airport that stops right in front of the building and there’s a train station there as well There’s also a mall opposite the building with restaurants and a big supermarket and there’s a free water dispenser in the lobby downstairs The bathroom has a partly frosted glass door so you can hear pretty much everything going on in there from outside and there’s no table and chair in the room which was inconvenient Overall very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again

clean hotel not far from the city center, very close transportation all the day and different kind of bus and metro easy to access reasonable price

Due to a medical emergency I was unable to stay atb the hotel. No.compassion or care They would not give a refund or any compensation. Strict No refund policy apparently. Doesn't matter your in hospitall very ill. Even provided a medical certificate. Very disappointed with the result. Would never stay here or recommend.

I would day that this hotel is great for those who are visit barcelona for the first times and it also near camp nou stadium and train

Good for this price

Not a good choice. The neighbours were very noisy, it was as if there were no walls at all. Not very clean. It was ok for the price, but it would be better to pay a little extra and look for something better. Location is great.

Service was very good. Staff can speak english. Location also very good. Infront of it is shopping mall.

Was a good stay at barcelona. Hotel was located at best spot with very good access to the city via metro within 50 metres. But the rooms were without any accessories no table, chairs etc.

The staff are really friendly and having a 24 hour help desk was amazing. However, hotel has very limited amenities and extras must be paid for such as cleaning, food, etc. The location is not the closest to the centre but there are lots of restaurants and shops walking distance; it feels very safe at night. The rooms were clean but there’s no daily cleaning so it’s up to you to keep it clean. The lifts were dirty on the floor because of people’s shoes. Overall, was comfortable for our short stay!
