There is 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm), a bath, bidet and toilet and an exit to the terrace, a kitchen of 15 m2 (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer), a separate toilet and heating.
The upper floor has 2 large rooms, each room with 1 french bed (135 cm), 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm), an exit to the terrace, a bath, a bidet a toilet and heating.
Furthermore there is a terrace of 12 m2 and a patio of 30 m2 and a porch of 19 m2 including terrace furniture and a barbecue. There is a view of the sea, the mountains and the countryside.
Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (fenced 3 cars), garage.
Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 1 km.
