Breakfast and dinner was great and perfect specially dinner, just small problem was in rooms, Tv was so old (like 20 years old model), and room was so dark because of small lights inside room, about location i can say that hotel is in best place of the city, both city center and sea side

We stayed at Vuni Palace with my family and had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the views were beautiful. It's very close to Kyrenia Harbour and some nice casinos. The food was also good. We’d love to come back in the summer!

Rezalet diz boyu sözde beş yıldız almış bir yıldız bile etmez otelin hic bir yerinde wifi cemiyor ickiler kalitesiz ve markasiz su istiyorsun damacanadan plastik bardakla veriyolar her sey dahil otelde her sey ekstra ucretli patates ,turk kahvesi v.s gibi bileklik takiyorlar havlu istiyorsun oda numarasi soruyor o zaman bilekliği niye takiyorsun kolunda bileklik var ne istesen oda numarasi soruyolar sacma sapan işler her iki üç ayda Kibris a giderim buraya ilk defa geldim bi daha tovbe asla gitmeyecegim ve tavsiye etmeyecegim bir otel sadece personeli çok iyi elinden geleni yapmaya calisiyor cocuklar sadece onlara cok teşekkür ederim

Thieves!!! taking advantage of old lady, my grandmother has Alzheimer's and it’s very bad memory loss she paid £666 for few days as we have a wedding and all the family is staying there. She got confused of where she was and wanted to check out; they checked her out and when I came to pick her up she said when are we going to the hotel? I took her back to the hotel and they said they weren’t giving her room back or money. I explained she’s got memory loss and didn’t mean to leave. the receptionist basically said he didn’t care and that they gave her room away but she can buy another room. So they kept the money and refused to give her a room back even though she paid. She later fell down and broke her arm. The hotel is a joke and full of crooks! Do not recommend! The receptions is a total joke!

Would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy your time, Vuni Palace Hotel is the perfect choice! The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful,

Booked this hotel for 1 night. Had to wait till 2.45 to get the room which was an absolute dump. The room we booked had flat screen TV, spacious, clean and luxurious looking. The room we were given was horrible. Dirty blood stained chair, hand AND footprints on wall, Bleach stains on carpet, damaged furniture and a TV that looked like it was from the 1970's. Complained to reception and was transferred to another room in a different block. Lost the balcony and sea view that we booked as a result but room was much nicer.
