room size is sufficient for small family, with x2 restaurant for breakfast, although it is not new renovated, but still keep in good quality, breakfast with variety of choices, mainly provide healthy meals.

It is a Famous hotel in Kyoto, which is under a 90 years history hotel group Rihga. The location is convenient, 10mins in walking distance from Kyoto Station, or hotel has shuttle bus from/to Kyoto station. 14F Top of Kyoto French Dinning revolving restaurant has nice 360 view. Suggest to have breakfast there.

Will definitely not book this hotel again. Service staff were not friendly from the start of my booking till we check in. Booked a room with single bed for 5yr old included but insist is not and to pay extra Sgd70 for 2 nights. Glad Trip.com offered to pay on behalf. Requested both rooms to be nearby to easy take care of children and near lift but was given both rooms 50 rooms apart. This is a L-shaped hotel. Literally one end of each other. Crazy! Both breakfast was horrible, buffet is crowded with long Q and another on the Top is set, one mini bread per pax only and no breakfast for kid. Omg! What type of hotel is this??

Really nice established hotel. Would be great if the facilities like pools were included in the room rates without having to pay extras for usage.

Breakfast is good , the room is clean , amenities is good but no warthrobe to use so… bring your own night wear ( pajama ) the rest is average

The hotel's free shuttle bus service from Kyoto Station is extremely convenient, especially for guests arriving in the city by train. Downtown and other parts of Kyoto are also very easy to reach by cab from the hotel I definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Got shuttle bus to pick up and departure to Kyoto Station within the operation time is the best experience. I stay 3nights here and everything is good and we are comfortable staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and hallway were very clean. The price was very fair. What made us happy was the breakfast on the top floor. The floor rotated while eating. We had a great view of the whole of Kyoto. We will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto
