Excellent hotel in the heart of Kyoto! Beautiful building, wonderful interior, the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay: vending machines, iron, hair dryer, the rooms are clean, beautiful, cozy. Excellent cosmetics, pajamas, smart toilets. We rested with a group of 7 people in different rooms and in all rooms there was enough space to open all the suitcases and pack your things. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is very close to the subway, buses, attractions and to all shops and restaurants. I recommend with all my heart and want to return to your hotel! Very good tasty breakfasts! Also included in the price of the hotel is unlimited coffee and matcha from the machine and 1 glass of sake daily! Thank you very much!

Wonderfull stay in this hotel.

Hotel is convenient and clean. Location is within the shopping district and near to a lot of sightseeing destination, shopping malls, and eateries. It will be a very convenient spot for families with little kids as there are 3 beds option. You can easily find yourself surrounded by a few convenience stores and fast-food chain. You get to enjoy free sake if you are staying at this hotel!! The only disadvantage about this hotel is that we don't really see big supermarkets that we are able to get food or bites for the little ones. Overall, will recommend this hotel to those who are first time to Kyoto.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan! It’s even better than another 4-star hotel I stayed at in Tokyo. Interactions with the staff were minimal, so I have no comments on that. However, the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and spotless. I loved that the bathroom was larger than the usual hotel bathrooms, and the shower was separate from the bathtub as well. The hotel offers great amenities, including a laundry machine, vending machines. There were also complimentary toiletries and drinks offered in the lobby. While the location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, there’s a convenient loop bus from Kanazawa Station that stops at various tourist spots, so getting around was still easy. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby, along with a large shopping mall. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Kanazawa Station via the side exit near the dorayaki shop, which was very convenient. Plus, having a 7-Eleven directly connected to the hotel on the first floor was a huge plus! The only downside was the buffet breakfast — while the selection was large, with both Italian and Japanese options, the taste was pretty average. I’d recommend skipping it since there are many nearby restaurants and a 7-Eleven. Another small thing was that the double bed came with only one pillow, whereas all the other hotels I stayed at provided at least two. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Nice hotel . Very central location. Has free drinks & a nice lounge.

Right in the middle of the CBD area and a very easy to locate get off the train station and go to exit you went through straight to the Hotel lobby without even needs to go out of the street. 

A family of 3. Room is spacious, location is very near subway. 10mins walk to gion street. 

The internet is absolutely ****. Even tried to find the hotel staff and connected to the room WiFi, still didn’t work.

Super clean hotel. A lot of walking streets and restaurants outsides the hotel . Free Sake for hotel guests .

Worst hotel ever, service bad! Need a water on the day of check out, they said: buy one in the convenience store yourself…. Very mean service, stay in the hotel for six days only had four water. Most concierge people are rude, if you don’t like foreigners, please don’t work in a hotel thank you.

The hotel has an excellent location, with a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby. It is also close to Nishiki Market, making it very convenient.

Strategy location, Clean room and helpful staffs, room size is quite small, not able to open my 28 inches luggage fully
