I didn’t expect how great the stay at the hotel was going to be. The front part of the hotel is the old Japanese style building, with the traditional seating areas. The rooms and onsen are located in the back modern building. It’s a perfect mix of the old and new without having any downside. Great location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, markets, malls. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bento boxes were a great touch. Would highly recommend to everyone.

If you want to soak in the atmosphere of Kyoto, stay at this hotel. It has a great location, and there’s a famous bakery right in front of it. Their bread is delicious!

Very nice and cosy place, it was worth the price. location wise is also very convenient to walk around. we had a car parked very close by the hotel too, so easy.

Would highly recommend this hotel - it is equipped with wellness bath & sauna, Tatami and public rest area. The staff are very nice and helpful. The design of the hotel is gorgeous - which reminds me of the traditional Kyoto architecture. We really enjoyed our stay at Candeo Kyoto.

Very nice experience! Me and my friend both left things in our room and the hotel behaved very responsible and nice by informing us immediately and helped to ship the lost item to us. There is a hot spring inside the hotel and you can know how crowded it is by using the television in the room.

I would rate this hotel 5 or 6 out of 10 ,the bed is not so comfortable and the space so small for the price of 170 dollars per night😅 they have sauna bath but we don’t try it because you need to be completely naked with others😅 almost 3km from Kyoto station and around 20 minutes walk to downtown or city centre from the hotel. The stuff isn’t not that friendly not like other hotels we’ve stay in the past few days😅 people in Osaka or Tokyo is more friendly… ohh the breakfast is not buffet😅🤣 I have more to say but am tired of typing it🤣

Location not quite conveniently located if driving. Yet, great experience with great design

Pro: The location of the hotel was within reach of metro stations, 7/11 and Lawson were next door. The shower was very spacious and a great water pressure. Con:The room was quite small

The breakfast was Japanese one and you have to mention it, not all guests like this breakfast

Hotel is new and walkable to all the shopping district of Kyoto. Room is modern and clean.

酒店距離離大丸10分鐘左右，附近有美食街，非常方便，旺中帶靜，逛累了還有溫泉泡，唯有不足溫泉水不夠熱，酒店外復古，裝修算現代，也很乾淨，小孩12歲以上算成人，要給附加費用（$6000）日圓/1，整體體驗不錯。

酒店位置很方便，但是房間太小了，而且服務也約等於沒有，衹能説性價比還行，衞生也一般，下次應該不會再來，

清潔衛生，交通方便，浴室較細，房間可以開2個大行李箱

酒店挺有特色的，前台這幢樓是個有300年歷史的二層小樓，最大程度保留了歷史建築。房間還不錯，日本特色的小。泡澡地方挺大的，有露天泡澡池。
