Recommend! Stay for 3 nights. The hotel located in the center of Kyoto, 6 minutes walk from metro station, there are a lot of food stores, convenient store and supermarket around the hotel. I like the hotel decorations, it’s so Japanese style, simple and elegant. We’ll stay here again for the next trip 👍👍👍👍👍

It was cute and comfortable in my stay. The restaurant was closed on the day of my visit but it’s perfectly close to shopping centers and a good walk to the nearest temple

The hotel location is near to the central of Kyoto everything is close by and convenient. Lots of food choices and amenities. Served bread and drink at the lobby.

Love at the first sight with this hotel! Bedroom is as shown on web. It’s compact but comfortable! Staffs are helpful with our luggage meanwhile we wait for our check-in time, they offered umbrella when it was rainy day, amenities are intact. We like the fact that our room have a separate toilet and bathroom. Overall, we love this hotel and would definitely come back here again when we have the chance! 💕

It's a nice hotel with a good location, easy enough to find from the train station. The rooms are clean and cozy. What was disappointing was the service at front desk. Not friendly or welcoming at all as compared to our stay in other cities like Osaka. We were even shuned away for breakfast as we wore the traditional Yukatas that were provided by the hotel, as the front desk said we couldn't wear it at the breakfast lounge and had to either go back up to change or we could take a small box of bread and pastries (that were cold) and we could eat in our rooms instead.

Prime location and easy access to most of attractions in 5-10mins maximum.

Absolutely stunning interior design!!! The room we stayed in did have a frosted glass window like mentioned in some other reviews but we didn‘t mind. The furniture in the room is so elegant and classy with a Japanese influence. We absolutely loved it! Pillows were a bit hard but we got some soft ones from reception - no problem at all!! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We didn‘t book breakfast and just enjoyed the free snacks in the morning. The area is convenient as well with a family mart next door. We walked a lot and took busses to the other side of the river. Would totally recommend and book again!

Our family loves this hotel a lot. It is so pretty. I’m impressed with how they manage to fit in a tea room and tree in our room. It is very clean as well. I also like that they provide washing machines with dryer function. Last, but not least, I appreciate that everytime when we return to our hotel, we are welcomed by complimentary drinks and hot dashi soup at the entrance. :) If I return to Kyoto, will definitely stay here again.

Well location, very clean, service not so good , affordable price

Hotel is located very near the subway stop and is right next to a Family Mart so it was very convenient. Love the interior design and the detox water they serve in the lobby :) Wifi was a little unstable and my mattress lining had a small hole in it. other than that no complaints.

About a 10 mins walk away from shijo/karasuma station, so that’s not too bad. There’s a family mart just next to the hotel to easily get necessities. Hotel was pretty small but stay was ok, outside and inside of hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. For the price, it was a worthwhile stay.
