Very impressed with the service. The staff here are excellent, friendly and very helpful. For a 3 star hotel I got 5 star service. Highly recommend.

The room is clean The staff is really helpful. But it's hard to wait for the laundry because many people using it. And it takes some minutes to go back to the louder streets. But it's fine if you get used to it and know the directions. For transport, this hotel is closer to two different subways. It should be easy to travel to places like arashiyama or somewhere further. The price is also really affordable, good price for center of kyoto.

The hotel is near subway. 1 minute walk to subway station. The room is big. It provides free DHC cleansing oil, facial wash, toner, facial cream and body lotion before 11 pm. The price is high.

Automated parking available at the guest's own expense (no free parking). Free amenities available at the hotel lobby. Room interior looks neat but not renovated. Not many retail shops nearby.

It was a nice hotel. The lobby smelled like cigarettes but our room was fine.

There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. The interior was nice and the room was quite spacious for a japanese hotel. The bathtub was big.

We really loved this hotel; it's the best we've stayed at in Japan. It excels in convenience, service, and cleanliness—surpassing even the 5-star hotel at Arima Onsen. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kyoto.

Hotel was located near the shopping street. Room has a musky smell when we first entered. Otherwise, it was generally ok. Amenities such as packet coffee, shampoo, face wash, hair clips/bands were provided at the lobby (room already has shampoo, bath wash and conditioner). Laundry and vending machine rooms were well equipped too.

Spontaneous trip to Kyoto. Offered great cost performance. I only needed a place to sleep, and this hotel met my expectations with a clean and cozy room.

Limited English proficiency at the reception and car park, but can tell that the staff had tried their best. Not much variety at breakfast. Walking distance to main shopping areas.

The hotel location is accessible to subway station and is 2 stations from Kyoto station. Facilities are good. Recommended.
