Superb covenient location ( just cross the road then is the bus and jr station). Room is clean with lots a good quality amenities provided including bath salt and face cleansing oil. Walkable areas to shopping, convenience stores and breakfast shops. There’s is a big temple nearby which good to visit during evening time.

This hotel nice sleep. Staffs are friendly and helpful &supporting when baggage delay although I have already checked-out on that day🥰🥰

Hotel is nice. Location is right in front of the train station. Room is very clean and bigger size than other normal hotels. Price is affordable. This is the best hotel that I stayed during my Japan trip. Highly recommend. I will come back to stay here again if have a chance.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Hokke Club Kyoto. Upon check-in, I was delighted by a thoughtful perk: every guest gets to choose two small gifts from a selection that included moisturizing masks, hair bands, lotions, bath salts, and more. This added a nice personal touch to the experience. I booked a small double room for under $80 USD, which, while not cheap, is relatively affordable for Kyoto. The room was compact but well-designed, offering enough space to comfortably access the bed from both the side and bottom. The bathroom, though small, was functional, featuring a bidet (common in Japan), a deep but short bathtub, and plenty of amenities. The hotel also provided pajamas, slippers, a hot water kettle, tea, glass cups, and reliable Wi-Fi, making the stay even more convenient. The room had windows that could be opened or closed for ventilation, and both the AC and hot water worked flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable environment. While breakfast was available, I opted not to try it due to its price of around ¥1600 and my past experiences with underwhelming hotel breakfasts. The only downside was the early 10 AM checkout time, which led to a bit of a rush for the elevator in the morning. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall quality of the stay. For travelers seeking a comfortable and budget-friendly option in Kyoto with thoughtful amenities, I highly recommend Hotel Hokke Club Kyoto.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The location is right across from Kyoto Station, making it extremely convenient.

Room - small, as expected for most hotel in Japan. The location is very strategic, it’s located just in front of the Kyoto Station. Behind of the hotel is a 5 storey shopping centre which have everything within the mall. Convenience is just nearby hotel. Basically the location wise is very very convenient! Front desk is polite.

Prime location in Kyoto, right across from Kyoto station , next to Kyoto Tower, located the hotel right when I came out of Kyoto station. Room were a bit crowded, luckly I only had a backpack with me for the night, there was no space for even a medium luggage to be opened in the room besides the bed. The room for me had a window, but it was blocked off .

Average hotel and close to Kyoto station

I would stay for only a night just to bunk in as the room is very small. 1 luggage to open at one time as the room is that small. All amenities are provided which is good !!! I just didn’t like the fact that the toilet do smell abit funky 🥲 but what can I say as I was there for a night only 🥹 service form the lobby was great!!! Really love their politeness and care! May stay again

Great stay at the Kyoto’s Hokke Club. It was approximately 3 minute walk from the station. We could hear faintly snores from person next door. Otherwise, this is excellent

Very nice location which next to Kyoto main bus stop and train station. Good for those travel to city center at night. Although room is small, it was clean and had most daily things u need.
