環境：酒店位置環境都非常好，市中心去哪裡都是走路距離很棒，比絕大多數的日式旅館都都要大 衞生：非常好 設施：完善 這是我住過最大的一次日式旅館了，五層的套房真的很大，還有少用的雙洗手枱，卧室也非常舒服。餐品的話 品質會有一些不穩定，有兩餐不錯，兩餐比較弱，整體來説還是很值得入住的酒店

地理位置：離錦市場很近，步行幾分鐘就到了 交通便利：地鐵步行10分鐘左右，叫車也很方便 周邊環境：離錦市場很近，附近有一家很有名的豆腐店，和服館，京都最大的品牌北面，還有ball-chain，很值得逛一逛，離四條也蠻近的 走走看看 退房後發生了一些插曲 攜程很有效地解決了，雖然不是非常完美，但也是盡心盡力。

榻榻米很讓人覺得新奇 臨別的告別儀式很讓人感動 一泊兩食品質到位 服務人員老奶奶居多 庭院很小是個遺憾 私湯環境很不錯的

每次去京都都住這家，日式旅館榻榻米，b1是公共浴室，可以泡澡，舒緩一天的疲憊，位置靠近錦市場，走走晃晃很方便，也很多吃的，就是這次真心堵，來日本的國人真的太多了。離開時照舊拉條幅門口送行，超級熱情❤️

기온거리에서 조금 떨어져있기는 하지만 버스타거나 근처 지하철타면 되서 위치는 나쁘지는 않지만 직원분들이 너무 친절했고 가이세키가 있는것으로 했는데 가이세키도 너무나 좋았고 료칸에 대욕탕이 있습니다. 그거도 꼭 이용해보세요 ㅋㅋ

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff - all speak English. A wonderful greeting with matcha before they explain how the rooms work for you. We also enjoyed a Japanese breakfast every morning, served in a traditional style and it was delicious. Beds are comfy, room has air conditioning and heating. It also has an onsen that is free for guests and as tattooed people, it’s one of the few in Japan we could use. Brilliant at the end of a day. A great experience and well worth the money.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Upon our arrival, we were greeted very hospitably with tea and sweets before being led to our room. The corridors seem to be made to look like old Kyoto and add to the hotel's traditional charm. The room was flawless, nothing to add there. The breakfast the following morning was an excellent Japanese breakfast, it was so big that it took all of our room's table space. We also had the opportunity to try a Japanese public hot bath for the first time, it was quite an experience! The bath is very beautifully decorated with views of an indoor garden. When we left, the hotel's staff came out with a banner to wish us a pleasant trip. Excellent hotel, would not consider going anywhere else if I ever return to Kyoto.

Stayed in a Western style hotel for 3 nights then changed to this ryokan for one night. Traditional experience with room very comfortable and sleeping on futons the best. The staff were very friendly and helpful and when you leave they stand outside with banners to wish you goodbye. Great experience!

Excellent Ryokan close to the bustling Nishiki Market, in fact the location is excellent with train stations and attractions within easy walking distance. The room we had was traditional, spacious, quiet and calm. We rested well here but the best thing about this inn is the staff, absolutely lovely people who couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and at home.

A wonderful place in every respect. Gave us an unforgettable ryokan experience. Everything was meticulously done to maximize authenticity and an overall comfortable stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious but the standout factor was the service. Superb
