The hotel is located in a great area, makes it easy to go anywhere. Loved it on Kyoto! Make sure to go to the Main Street and check out this area.

The location is good, serving as a central stop for many tourist attractions. However, daily housekeeping is not provided, so it’s recommended to bring disposable bed sheets.

The hotel is relatively new, self-service kiosk for check-in & out, free coffee machine at the reception area. Location is near Omiya station with the Hankyu line, we only use it once when arriving from Kyoto. Quite a distance away from other stations with better connectivity and far from Karawamachi areas where the Nishiki market, shopping streets and Gion are more accessible. Too far to walk but can take a bus there. Our disappointment came when our strawberries & food left in the fridge turned bad as it was not cold. The man with curry hair at the front desk looks frustrated when the guests told him about the coffee machine not working & need refill the milk supplies.

This hotel has a perfect location. It has many bus stops around. There is a 7 11 at the basement and Sukiya in front of the hotel. The hotel room is big for Japanese standards. The room is clean and big. The only downside is they don't clean rooms everyday they change the towels and throw the trash. We stayed there for 3 nights. I enjoyed our stay, Bonus is, there was a quick snowfall around its vicinity. we will definitely go back if we go back to Kyoto.

Right in the heart of Kyoto, located only a short walk from Nishiki Market, Nijo Castle and the local metro, the OneFive Kyoto boasts a top-notch location for those looking to stay and explore this wonderful city. My room was both comfortable and clean, with services provided daily so that you can always have fresh towels after a day of exploring. Free coffee—and good quality—and toiletries add some icing on the cake. I highly enjoyed my stay here, and I’m sure you will too.

An excellent hotel with extremely helpful and professional staff and very comfortable rooms. We loved our stay here so much we extended it. Fantastic value for money and we would definitely return.  Fantastic city with so much to see

Extended our stay in this hotel as it's comfortable and conveniently located. Will stay again when back in Kyoto again. Cons: room was not made up and cleaned on a day. They only changed our towels and cleared rubbish. Probably having shortage of staff 🤷🏻♀️

Love the hotel. Everything is very sufficient and convenient. Very helpful snd attentive staff. The amenities is very efficient . Very nice coffee complimentary all day long. Love the coffee. 7-11 is just a stone throw. Easy access to public transport and tourists spots.

Very nice location and clean. Man city attractions are close by. We enjoyed staying there for 4 days.

Highly recommend this place, it was clean and spacious, the staffs was friendly and helpful. Great location, convenience store just next to the hotel. Will definitely be back when we visit Kyoto again.

Nice hotel a little walk from main train station -rooms are bigger than most other hotels in Japan but still small compared to western standards - comfortable beds with clean linens - easy check in and friendly staff - there is a 7-11 located right outside hotel - hot shower with good water pressure - fast wi-fi

It was a very nice hotel, everything looked new. The room was big for Japanese standards. We really liked it! Location was good,close to a metro station but usually you had to take the metro everywhere. So no walking distance to any main attractions. And there is a 7 Eleven right next to the hotel.

The place is exactly like in the photos. The room was very clean but cramp, there was barely enough space to open 2 luggages (usual jap room). However, the toilet and shower is very spacious, wet and dry area is separated. Toilet and shower is also very clean, one of the best (for japan hotels) during my trip. The shower is very advanced with many options (shower head / rain shower / body shower). Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The hotel is not near any mrt station but there are several busstops around the area. However take note that it is not recommended to bring luggages up the buses as it gets very crowded. There is a 7-11 right beside the hotel entrance. During self check in, the staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. Free wifi is very strong. Will stay again

The hotel location is ok. However the room were not well ventilated and the bed were uncomfortable.
