Highly recommend for who’s travelling to Kyoto. The hotel is near to kawaramachi street with 5 mins walking distance. Hotel staff is friendly and able to speak English

Easy access to subway or bus station . Room size is quite acceptable comparing to other hotel i stayed in osaka . Has washing machine , drinks+icecream vending machine , also microwave !

The location is unbeatable. The room size is just right for a solo traveler. Having drinkable tap water was also a great convenience.

Double room is spacious which is a rarity in Japan but do some rooms' windows are very small and have no view (looking at stairs or wall). Their housekeeping system is good.

Basic hotel and overpriced. Rooms are clean but are very basic, walls are a bit dirty, beds and pillows not comfortable. Don’t open the curtains, you’ll be facing a wall. Fine for just a night stay but really overpriced for what it is.
