The location is very close to the train station just only 3-5 min walk. Very big and clean room with a big bathtub. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely stay again :).

It was so nice staying here… the room was spacious with a balcony and garden view. Staffs were friendly and everything was just perfect. Would definitely come back again for my next trip to Kyoto.

Staff is very helpful and good in English without any problems in communications . Highly recommended! The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Umekoji train station, with the Umekoji park next to it. Hotel is spacious with plenty of communal space for family activities. Great place for family to chill out for a few days whilst exploring the greater Kyoto area.

Loved our stay here - the hotel was very clean, the design was very homey and room was spacious! The only thing was the receptionist could not assist us in calling restaurants (we only asked for one call to be made to check if we could move our existing dinner booking up because we arrived at Kyoto early). The staff mentioned there are some policies under which the receptionists cannot make calls for customers.

A nice place in Kyoto, drive distance close to 嵐山. The hotel with coffee self make area, reading book relax area which is so comfy and feel good.
