This hotel will be in my "not to go" list. Cons: Dusty, the room TV, kettle, fridge, shelves, all are very dusty. The door hindge is loose.. it feels like the door may anytime drop. Cramp, it is really small room. It's smaller than a lot of other Japanese hotels. Breakfast is very simple, and they only serve a specific quantity. Once they finish, even if it's still early, they will say, "Sold out." Amenities are very basic. I needed an extra pillow, but they don't provide. Washing machine only has 3. Pros: The location is not bad. Service staff is not that bad. The toilet and shower are separated. They allow us to use the restaurant tables and chairs to rest or have our food when we buy back. They offer free flow of soft drinks from 5pm to 8pm. Overall, I won't stay again. The main thing is the dust, too dusty. For the same price I can stay in other hotels with similar location but of course I don't know if they are better than this.

We got triple room for 2 people. 3 fixed beds cannot be moved to open space in the room, the rest is fine! Recommended.

This is a relatively new hotel. It also has great public bath inside the hotel. You need to take 15 mins subway/bus/taxi to get to the hotel from Kyoto station.

Good hotel , great location . The breakfast was also ok .

It's my second time staying here. Staff are friendly. Bedding is my favourite! Very comfortable and clean. Rooms are tiny but ok for us. Location is convenient but not crowded. 6 mins walk from the train station. However the free drinks session ends at 8pm if I am not wrong. If you finish your dinner at 7.30pm, you don't need to rush back because everything is closed by 8pm. I stayed twice here for a total of 6 nights, I was only able to enjoy the drinks session once. The public bath is great too. I've recommended many friends to this hotel and all of them are satisfied. This hotel makes my Kyoto trip even more memorable. No doubt I'll come back for more.

Very nice and convenient.

Quite small room (Cannot open the big luggage) comparing with other hotels and shower room quite dark. But service is good.

Generally speaking the staff are very nice, especially the lady who speaks perfect English. One of the young lady was very arrogant.

It's a cosy place to stay ,not mention there is nearby transport station!

毎日タオルとアニメティーを交換することができとても清潔で良かったです。大浴場は少し狭いですが、人がいなかったので快適に使うことができました。貴重品ロッカーもあったので防犯面もバッチリです。京都駅には歩いて30分程度とキャリーがあると少し大変でしたが、京都河原町駅までは10分程度と近い距離でした。下にセブンイレブンもあってとても良かったです。
