Good location and near to all amenities, staff are friendly and polite. This is probably the best and value for money for family of 4’s hotel that one can get. Most hotels in JP requires you to book 2 rooms etc.

The staff was great and was able to answer all of our questions. They had great recommendations and the location is right next door to Kyoto Station. It made travel with luggage extremely easy with our luggage coming off the SHINKANSEN from Tokyo. We really enjoyed our stay. 7-Eleven is also right outside of hotel which made getting food or snacks convenient.

Very near to Kyoto station with a lot of shopping nearby. Room is spacious.

Everything was great! Just that my son found stains on one of the pillows. Otherwise room is actually very decent, super near Kyoto station and great Pokémon experience! Note to bring own amenities as there’s limited available.

A great service apartment type of hotel for family. It is in a relatively quiet side of Kyoto Station but still very convenient. Parked the car at nearby coin parking within 5 minutes walk. Booked a room with a small garden, which is very nice!

It’s a family hotel very close to the train station. However our room was right next to train tracks, which means you can’t really open the panel in front of the window. Not a pleasant view. Then from 9pm or 10pm, there won’t be no front desk service. When I was doing the laundry at night, I basically had nowhere to sit apart from sitting in the tiny laundry room. For something similar, I would for sure prefer 22 pieces nearby, comparing to this one, for similar price range.

어머니와 초등학생 조카들이 있어서 가능하면 위치가 좋은 곳으로 하려고 예약했습니다. 위치는 교토역을 이용하기 좋았어요. 버스 이용 시 아주 조금 멀었어요. 앞쪽에 돈키호테가 있어서 좋았어요. 데스크분들 친절하고 영어 잘하셔서 좋았어요. 짐 맡기는 서비스도 좋고, 짐을 바로 공항으로 배송해주는 서비스도 있다고 했는데~! 겁쟁이라 이용을 못했네요 ㅋㅋ 단점은 방과 화장실에서 냄새가 나서 이 부분은 별로 였어요.

很高興選擇了這家酒店，酒店的位置離京都站走路就幾分鐘。非常新非常乾淨，房間也足夠大。雖然離火車站很近，但一點也不吵雜。酒店的工作人員態度也非常好，還講英語，下次來京都還會住這酒店。去其他的城市如果有這個酒店的連鎖店也會成為首選。在日本要找到個性價比高又這麼的酒店很難。

房間的風景很好 位置方便 有京都車站八條出口出來後往左邊走五分鐘就可抵達 京都車站商店街和美食名店街也很大 一週都逛不完
