Location is convenient Service and hygiene is good

The location of the hotel is amazing! Right next to Kyoto station, very convenient for traveller especially taking train to nearby cities such as Uji and Nara! One convenient store (711) is attached to the hotel ground floor, many restaurants and stores nearby the hotel and close until late! Very recommended for those who want to maximise their time while traveling Japan! The only thing is the room is a bit small but overall is nice

Spoken English at the front desk very poor despite the personnel is kind and friendly, but they may often use an electric device as translator to communicate.

# Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and here are my impressions: ### Pros - **Clean and Comfortable**: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and my room was very comfortable. - **Friendly Service**: The staff were welcoming and attentive, which made for a pleasant stay. ### Cons - **Limited Fitness Room**: The fitness room was somewhat lacking, featuring only three treadmills and one other piece of equipment. It requires some creativity to get a full workout. The breakfast was also good with super friendly staff. ### Conclusion Overall, I had a positive experience at the hotel. While the fitness facilities could use improvement, the cleanliness and friendly service made my stay enjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location across the road from Kyoto station. The Kansai airport bus was also across the road.

Excellent location and excellent rooms. Very clean and quiet. Love the coffee station at the lobby provided complimentary to hotel guests. Will love to stay there again.

Great location, not just near to the kyoto station but also the city bus terminal which have buses going to different tourist sites. Clean and spacious room plus very helpful staff at the reception. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Room is spacious and in good condition. However, breakfast is not as good as mentioned by other guests.

Skip the breakfast, very few warm items, and cold even when taken at 7 am in the morning. The room has different pillows, buckwheat which i have allergy to. The hotel has removed twi buckwheat pillows from my room after i told them. But the night manager said they have no buckwheat pillows. If its for location, maybe, but the room they originally placed me its facing stairwell of the next hotel. When i ask to change, slapped with a 2000 yen a night x 3 upgrade. There are many other hotels around kyoto station. Do consider the others.

Very clean and quiet room. Excellent service! I'll choose to stay here again if I go to Kyoto again. Breakfast ok, many choices while not my taste. Rooms are tiny small but have everything a travel would need.
