Everything was clean, and well maintained. Super love the vibe, even the shared kitchen was clean and everything you need is there. Room size is considered good, enough to open a large luggage and store under the bed. A distance walk from the metro, but walkable to afew different stations. Will come back again! Front desk staff are fluent in English.

no complaints i really enjoyed my stay while i was here, there were sinks in the dorms which i didn’t expect but turned out to be very convenient! staff was friendly, i left something when i checked out but was able to get the items back. would definitely recommend, the locations is great!

Great option to stay in the heart of Kyoto. Quiet road and quiet rooms. Excellent lounge area where it’s easy to meet other travellers.

The best place we’ve stayed in this trip. Piece Hostel Sanjo comes in at a great price and is perfectly situated in a very happening area of Kyoto. Would recommend to anyone

Very lovely place, room is simple but stylish, not much decoration. Staff is really friendly and the commons area design is stylish and cozy.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in!! We loved the layout of the common areas with a huge kitchen and high quality coffee making facilities. 2 huge rooms for relaxing, one with tables and chairs and the other with sofas. Really friendly staff. Perfect location for exploring Kyoto (5mins walk from a food market). Would 100% stay here again!

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. Traveled a lot around the world but this might be the top. Location is amazing in the Gion area. Very lovely stuff and rooms are quite big. Shared showers and toilets are always clean and very private for female traveler’s Will definitely stay there again.

This building is photogenic and the spot is very flourish. Roommates are very respectful and tried to keep quite all the time.

You must must stay here when you visit Kyoto! Because of the price my expectations were pretty low but wow was I blown away. Super clean, spacious rooms with suitcase storage under your bed. Nice big bathroom with space between the toilet and shower. Hostel amenities are amazing. There’s a laundry room with available washer and dryer for 200 yen. (Although I would wash your clothes twice because the detergent isn’t strong) lots of lovely common spaces available as well and overall a good vibe! Staff is very helpful and friendly and speak perfect English , and the hostel is right by the street market and lots of fun bars, pubs and restaurants.

Incredble place 🥰🥰 I would 100% recommend staying. Everything is super clean, the spaces are modern and the kitchen has all the amenities you can wish for. Different ways to bree your coffee, even an ai l fryer and juice

Friendly staff. The hotel and capsule are clean. Replacement towels are free. It’s not convenient that the shower is on another floor and you have to use the common elevator.
