Room is not too big, but the lounge is great. Customers feel free to use anytime. There is a computer free to use too.

The Hotel is located just a 5 mins walk from the main kyoto station and is nearer to the airport bus drop off point. The lobby is new, modern and spacious and love their business lounge for guests that offers a quick refresh for coffee or tea during the day. The breakfast was exceptional, japanese and western selection quality is good. Rooms are considerably comfortable in size, with a tub and also shower so you have both options. There is also an onsen (bath) on site which helped to soothe all the aching legs after a day walk. Will recommend to those to are looking for a comfortable stay and good on site amenities!

The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins away from Kyoto station, which minimized our commute time to different destinations. The interior of the hotel looks new and cozy. Breakfast is priced reasonably and offers amazing varieties. I would love to stay here again.

Excellent housekeeping! I left a cream and I return to the hotel 12 hrs after check out and the hotel staff has saved it in a bag for me! Impeccable service!

Location of hotel is super convenient, it's directly opposite Kyoto Station. Room is superbly clean and well maintained, there's even onsen bathe for male & female separately in Level 2. Gym and laundry is also located at L2, and there's even 2 massage chairs available if you're tired from whole day of walking. There's also a coffee room.in the lobby with complimentary coffee and tea for guests. Definitely will come back to this hotel when I'm back to Kyoto.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a 2 minutes walk from the Kyoto station exits, which makes it super convenient to travel around. We booked the most basic room, which is average size in JP standard. It is in walkable distance of AEON MALL (~15 mins) which makes it easy for some basic shopping. The breakfast is phenomenal. The food options are out on expectation, including Western and Japanese choices. The food quality is great and the breakfast time makes sense, so if you plan to travel early to tourists attractions, you can either grab an early breakfast, or come back for the breakfast right before it closes. There is a lounge for coffee and tea, and it is also great for some quiet reading or working. Toiletries are available next to the front desk and the staff are great in speaking English.

It was convenient & easy to book thru trip.com. Hotel room is small & gym is very small too. The Hot bath is great. Really enjoy and relax inside the hot bath. Good location and delicious breakfast

Excellent location and facilities, extremely close to Kyoto JR/Shinkansen/subway station and bus terminal. Right opposite to Avanti Mall with Donki, and just a 8-10min walk to Aeon Mall. A lot of restaurants can be found nearby. High quality breakfast buffet service, and a public bath for travellers to charge up. Staff are friendly and helpful, while check in and check out can be processed with machines in high speed. Rooms are big enough, clean, tidy, while it is a good and user-friendly design to separate the wash/sink, the shower/bath and the toilet into three parts with doors. Amenities can be self-supplemented in the lobby at any time. Highly recommended for both family trip and solo trip.

It is good experience overall. However, very poor sound insulation, very noisy with the room next to us as we can hear ppl were talking so loud and they closed the door many times at 10pm to 11pm (it seems someone is kicking our door when they closed the door) and no one from hotel came up to stop them making noise. Also, the room has weird crack sound time to time from wall, we did not get good rest due to these things.
