The hotel room's design is modern. The location is very good. It's easy to enjoy Japanese traditional foods and view their history and learn their culture. Nice place!

Excellent location within walking distance of the subway and also Nishiki market. Many food and shops below the hotel too. Staff were friendly and very helpful when I asked for food recommendation and to help make restaurant reservation.

Great location! Close to Teramachi and Nishiki market , quite a few train stations , 10 to 15 walk to Gion. Room has washing machine and detergent is provided . They have a microwave and plates provided for in room meals . Room is kept very clean and bed is comfortable

The location is great: you can walk to some sightseeing and shopping, also all public transport is nearby. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Room is rather spacious for 2 adults and a kid. The is translated instruction for washing machine

Always had an amazing stay at the Tokyu Stay hotel chain. Loved the location of Tokyu Stay Kyoto Sakaiza (Shijo Kawaramachi area), it is located centrally at Kyoto downtown and is walking distance to Gion and Nishiki Market. The room was clean and decent size for a deluxe double room (can fit 2 open carry-on suitcase no problem), and I just absolutely adore their in-room 2-in-1 washer+dryer. Each load takes at least 3.5-4 hrs to complete the entire cycle of washing and drying. Thank you very much for the hospitality, will stay again definitely. Great Location. Thanks. 這次京都2天的行程都住在這，地點真的非常好，飯店剛落成沒多久，住起來非常舒服的，一樓有自助飲料吧，也有備品可以自取，房間附有洗烘衣機，微波爐，電晶爐，鍋子，盤子跟餐具，也可以向櫃檯借刀子使用，設備非常齊全.
