Very pleasant stay, good value of money, spacious room, various choices of breakfast, perfect location with supermarket, restaurants just across the street and like 15-20 mins walk only to Main Street shopping area. Very helpful and friendly staff, highly recommended and I will definitely come back next time.

What a beautiful hotel! The onsen provided was nice enough but it can get noisy due to the tourists. It is not the most convenient location but the staff are good in advising how to best get around. LUUP station right outside the hotel is helpful!

A Disappointing Experience
This is my second time staying at this hotel.I had hoped to enjoy a comfortable stay as I did previously,but to my dismay,the hotel has deteriorated significantly in just under half a year.The experience was far from satisfactory.
Check-in Process:A Nightmare
The check-in process was nothing short of a disaster,taking a full 40 minutes to complete.The front desk staff claimed they couldn't find my reservation,which left me feeling confused and frustrated.It was only after another colleague intervened that we were finally able to check in.Such inefficiency and system issues set a terrible tone for my stay.
Questionable Hygiene Standards
Once in the room,the state of cleanliness was alarming.There were three conspicuous brown stains on the bedsheet right next to the pillow,which raised serious doubts about the hotel's housekeeping.Dust had accumulated on the headboard,suggesting that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.These details are crucial for a pleasant stay,and the hotel fell short in this regard.
Outdated and Inadequate Facilities
The room's facilities were also a letdown.The toilet seat was cold to the touch,lacking any warmth,which is a basic expectation for hotel amenities.Moreover,the windows were completely sealed shut,unlike my previous stay when they could be opened slightly for ventilation.This change made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable.
Overall Assessment
This stay has been a major disappointment.I had high hopes for a relaxing trip,but the numerous issues encountered have ruined that expectation.I had booked four nights here,but now all I want is to end this unpleasant experience as soon as possible.I will not be returning to this hotel in the future,nor will I recommend it to friends or family.I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements to enhance the quality of service.Otherwise,they will continue to disappoint their guests.

Very helpful front desk staffs - helped us successfully book kaiseki meal last minute! And recommended very nice & affordable Japanese restaurant to us. We were impressed.

Отличный отель. Шикарный сервис. Очень вкусные завтраки.
Изюминкой отеля являются общественные бани. Несмотря на особенности посещения связанные с местными обычаями остались очень довольны. Загруженность бань можно отлежать на телевизоре в номере или в отдельном приложении.
