Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, check in process was very clear and flawless. Would return here!!! It’s also just 5 mins walk to the train station and just 1 stop away from Kyoto station, very near all the tourist spots too.

The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that feature all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The decor is stylish, and the facilities, including the self-check-in system, are convenient for a smooth arrival. However, it’s important to note that the location is a bit far from public transportation, which might be an inconvenience if you’re relying on buses or trains.but can go to Gojo station or bus stop for walking in 5-10 mins , the hotel offers good value for the quality of the rooms and service. The self-check-in system is efficient, and I appreciated that staff were on standby to help when needed. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for the initial check-in experience.

Very cozy and clean hotel in an accessible residential area from the metro. Looks and feels new. Bed is very comfortably shared by two. There is also a common pantry with a small kitchen, microwave and toaster. Very convenient for those late night 7-11 runs. Slippers, toothbrush and basic toiletries are provided. It’s true you can only check-in fr 4pm and they cannot keep your luggage for you, the shower / sink area is also a bit small those are the only downside. Overall, good experience!

This might not the conventional style of hotel you've experienced before. Some inconveniences : No daily room cleaning services provided. No access card for your room. You will have an access code for the hotel entrance and another code for the room. Nevertheless, it is still a lovely and exquisite place to stay for your amazing Kyoto trip as it is very close to the tourism hotspot and easy to access with public transport.

The staff was extremely friendly and let me keep my clothes in the dryer past my check out time because they were still wet! English friendly and the place is very clean with great amenities. I highly recommend for the great location!

Good hotel

酒店位置距離京都站有點尷尬，走路半個小時，搭地鐵衹要一站路，但也強烈建議搭地鐵或者巴士前往，不然真的要走好遠。位置很安靜，但晚上走夜路還是有點黑，因為都是小路，人跡稀少，不過治安很好，偶爾也遇到女生獨自走路。check in全程自助，都算方便，check out寄存行李的時候有找工作人員協助，其他時候都沒有，也沒聯絡過在線客服，check in會問一些無關緊要的問題，什麼訪問的上一個城市和下一個城市，浪費時間填寫。房間空間很大，幾個行李箱全部打開都沒問題，但有點民宿性質，住了兩天沒人打掃房間，不過我和朋友是不需要每天清潔的，所以不是問題，而且覺得這樣也比較好，環保也安全。之後再來京都，這間價格好的話都應該會繼續住。

Очень просторный номер, быстрое заселение, чисто, тихо, бесплатная стиральная машина, удобное расположение, 2 балкона с видом на башню Киото. Нам все очень понравилось!

離烏丸五條地鐵站非常近，走路大概5分鐘。 離公車站也很近，也是走路大概5分鐘。 飯店非常新、環境乾淨、服務人員親切（會英文、中文） 房間算大，2個29寸行李箱打開後都還蠻寬敞的，我們住301打開窗可以看到京都塔，隔音也不錯👍🏻 重點是床頭兩邊都有插座可以使用，非常棒 非常喜歡💕
