Really great amenities, loved the public bath. Good location near Kyoto station

The hotel was clean, cozy, and seemed quite new, which was a big plus. The location was very convenient, and we walked everywhere during our stay since everything was easily accessible on foot. We didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but there were plenty of nearby shops and authentic cafes with great food options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Nice location, convenient to trains and buses. Lawson and drugstore nearby. The only thing I find not comfortable is the pillow. But overall nice hotel.

Good room Good location

The location is good can assess with bus or Hankyu railway line. hotel facility has Laundry machine and ice machine which is a must in summer. Staff is very nice and supportive to travelers.

Excellent location where you can find parking nearby and less than 5mins walk to train station. Staffs are nice and willing to help. Nice breakfast and you can relax at private bath. Amenities can pick up yourself at the first floor and coffee 24 hours. Recommended!

not too bad, but the washer and dryer leave a bad smellin the clothes and I found the bathroom dirty with pee.they should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.Overall the staff is friendly, and there are many free accessories at the entrance

I don't recommend the breakfast if you're staying for more than a day. They serve the same breakfast every day, and you can't get a refund for your payment once you purchase it in advance. The breakfast is not good.

location was convenient! short walk to train station with family mart AND lawson nearby. loved it! hotel is new so facilites and amenities was amazing. a relatively bigger room size compared to other hotels ive been to in japan - highly recommend! free coffee & tea dispenser at lobby 24/7 was a great addition.

The room was very clean and they bring you new towels every day. The location was very good it was located right next to a train station, convenient store and plenty of places to eat. They also have a map of kyoto in the lobby, so it can help with planning your days out.

First of all, this hotel locates in a perfect place, just outside the noisy area on the Shijou Road, have several bus stops nearby, and also have Hankyu subway and Randen railway station nearby(But both these two are not included in the Kyoto subway-bus daypass.). In the service part, the check in and out protocols are fluent and has one staff speaking fluent English in the front during busy time. The whole hotel is quite clean even in the common area. There are several points need to be improved as a modern hotel. First, the free wifi in the room is so slow that I could just go and arrive a place before the Google map finished loading the content about the place. Second is about the noise, which I think might come from the window since it is not completely fit tightly and the wind go throght it. The last one is the chair in the room does not have chair back makes it hard to relax on it. And it is a rolling chair with low legs sometimes hurt your feet
