reception was good. room also good. but hallway was not good smell, I can't understand this reason.

We had great experience at the hotel. Great food, we enjoyed both the breakfast and autumn tea time. The room were modern and the service was great

This is a fantastic stay with Dusit Thani in Kyoto. We hooked 1 night since it is our last night before we returned home. Initially we booked premeir twins room for 3 persons however, the twin beds are not spacious to share . I feedback to the hotel manager about the concern and he suggested to upgrade to their suite room which is double the size. He gave me a good rate with extra bed in the livingroom at additional 49,000¥, thats fantastic offer ! It is spacious, have privacy for my teenage son and their beds are super comfortable and their bath tub are spacious for two persons . A definitely good stay to end our Japan Trip. Will stay here again
